The neighborhood may be most well-known for its titular attraction, Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox. However, the area is also renowned for its sprawling greenspace. The name "Fenway" refers to the neighborhood’s lush parkway and tree-filled paths that wind lazily through the area, forming part of Frederick Law Olmsted’s “Emerald Necklace Plan” (a chain of parks throughout Boston). The Fenway opened in 1876, and its route includes the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Steward Gardner Museum.

I love bower it’s so close to school and I love the amenities. Most of the concierge are also really friendly and helpful. I just wished that the air filters are better and the pool is open but other than that everything is good!

Great infrastructure, great concierge staff, and a great apartment. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that every hand sanitizer dispenser I tried to use was empty, especially in the trash disposal area, where it felt most important.

The Bower is a great place to live. The location is amazing and the amenities are plentiful. To get the 5th star, The Bower could improve parking for residents and guests, as there is currently no dedicated or reduced price parking in the garage.

Place is nice but I feel like I am in a college door. Wish the parking garage had a better discount for residents since we have to deal with the inconvenience of sharing our space with other people due to the establishments that are near and on the property we live in.

It's good so far! It's a very clean and nice location but it sometimes gets crowded because of Fenway Park baseball games or MGM concerts. Good location if you are a baseball fan.

The building itself is great and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately, I feel like I am living in a college dorm, which I absolutely hate. The environment may seem to feel a bit micromanaged. I can understand that this may be due to being close to college campuses but there are other apartment buildings around Fenway that don’t feel this way. The parking “deal” for the garage is totally absurd. It’s basically the same price for commuters or others that buy a monthly pass to park. It’s ridiculous to be paying the amount that we pay and having no real discount with a parking garage that attract people that trash our building. There is never parking around not even if you have a resident parking sticker due to Red Sox games, concerts or college events.

I think Bower maintains a very clean environment especially with common spaces such as hallways, gym, lobby, and elevators. I appreciate the friendly staffs that are always happy to assist.

Very nice building - the amenities are very nice, the staff is very helpful! The view is amazing from the rooftop! The only thing nowadays is the constructions around the unit, but I hope they will finish soon enough!

I have been in the bower for three years It is a fantastic place to live! The amenities are fantastic, it’s close to everything In the city! I love spending time at the pool deck And the staff is very professional! It’s a great experience living there!! Highly recommended!

No one really talks to each other here / the community events never have enough for more than like 3 residents- no sense of community. The community space grills also never work.

Stunning views, great amenities and spacious floor plans. Bower is located in the perfect area, right beside Fenway Park and just a few minutes walk to Back Bay’s Newbury street.

Living at Bower has been great! Been here for three years and it remains the single best rooftop view in the entire city. Amenities as a whole are great. I wish the rooftop was open year-round like the other buildings in the city, however. Apartments are small with limited closet space, but are very well-made.

I've been living for over a year at the Bower, and love every aspect of it, from facilities and amenities to the neighborhood. The management team is very responsive to any issues that may arise, and they clearly take good care of the community.

The Bower is a pleasant residence in a great location with accessibility to amazing restaurants, bars, shopping etc. You will feel safe living at the Bower and any concerns will be addressed. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to everyone!

DON’T STAY HERE! The BOWER is a horrendous building. The staff is incompetent and the entire complex is essentially a construction zone. They have retail spaces that have been under construction for over a year. They are unable to keep any front desk staff and every month you meet someone new. The gym is never cleaned properly and the cleaning towels often run out. You are abusively kicked out of the lounge at 10 pm. The building has no community events even though they claim to when you sign up at the building. They say they don't rent to students but the building is filled with BU college undergraduate students. Oh and they test the fire alarm every couple of weeks. FYI there are speakers in every room of the apartments and they blare out a message and the alarm rings through them. Another one scheduled for tomorrow. This building is absolute hell to live in. The soda machine on the 14th floor is perpetually broken.

Every amenity this place boasts about is a joke. 24/7 concierge / security? I’ve seen someone there maybe twice; they don’t care about you or your packages- if someone sends you a surprise you’ll never find out about it and have fun getting notifications for packages that aren’t yours. The pool is barely open even when it’s 78 degrees out. TV’s, grills & fire pits stay broken for months. And the lounge and roof shut down promptly at 11pm. If you want to have guests over you should hope you’re a male because if you’re female you’ll be drilled about what apartment you’re in and how many people you can have over. Management has no clue what they’re doing and never notifies residents of construction / needing to enter a unit / if people will be outside via windows. They’re incredibly rude and take pleasure in not revealing information. They did a false “shoe drive” where they actually were profiting off of shoes “donated” and often have “events” that don’t actually happen. They also believe work should start at 7am so make sure you’re up and dressed by 6:30am every day. If you have a maintenance emergency buckle up because it’s going to take 12+ hours for someone to show up. And the cherry on top is listening to construction every single day with no end in sight sometimes starting at 5:30am.

Life in Bower has always been relaxing and enjoyable. The color-changing Windows have always kept me asleep. Beacon St has been under construction for a long time but is largely silent at night.
