Meadowview Apartments

Meadow View is a great place to live. The property is well cared for and the maintenance team and office staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept beautiful and on-site laundry lets us pay with our smartphones. Our property manager is focused on making this a comfortable, safe place to live. She hosts activities and festivities, and is always coming up with good ways to improve the growing sense of community.

The hospitality and community at Meadow is absolutely a feeling of home! I could not recommend it more, with various events for all types of residents. I really appreciate the community that penny is managing, always prompt with her response. What also stands out is the quick resolution for any maintenance issues (usually all issues are addressed within 10-15mins)

I recently moved in. There was a dishwasher issue that was solved quickly. Penny (the property manager), Ryan, and the maintenance crews are nice and friendly. The location is convenient near shopping and PVTA bus to UMass Amherst.

There are many folks around and most are friendly with each other. Staff plans nice activities that bring people together. The sense of community has improved in the last few years.

Haven’t really met any neighbors. The complex is pretty quiet until about 4:30pm when the kids go out and play in the front yard. Laundry room is nice and clean. Grounds are very well taken care of. I really like my townhouse, it’s just the right size !

The people living here are nice to each other and friendly your deliveries here have been safe . The staff work hard keeping the place up. The apartments can use some work like replacing the windows and having the hot water system working properly.for the most part we have been happy here for the 4 years we have lived here.

Great, immediate service and maintenance. All paths and parking lots are impeccably shoveled and plowed during winter months. Lots of space for kids and pets to play on the property. Plenty of notice when maintenance needs to get into your apartment. Very easy to keep apartment clean. Pleasant and neighborly vibes from everyone. Three minutes from all of the shopping amenities on nearby Route 9. Property is surrounded by bucolic farmland and plenty of trails for walking or hiking - all five minutes away. Also the bike path is just a mile away and that is great for easier, level waking, as opposed to the more vigorous hikes on nearby Mount Norwottuck and the other peaks of the Holyoke Range. I’ve been very happy living here and plan on continuing to do so. A great place to call home.

It's been pleasent living in renew community. the safety is really good and the maintainence service is also very efffective and quick. overall I am having a good experience

We love living here, pretty soon the grounds will be bustling with spring. All the plants come alive and maintenance is out making us beautiful.

The maintenance team is working great! Every time when I have maintenance request they come to fix it so quickly. Another reason I like here is this area is always quite.

Great home to stay. Convenient communication to campus and nice community. Issues can be solved in timely manner and low rent as well! Me and my roommate both enjoy it.
