The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bexley Commons at Rosedale
We lived at The Bexley Commons at Rosedale (Huntersville) since June 2011, and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. After recently purchasing land in another city in North Carolina, we are beginning a new chapter — but our gratitude for The Bexley Commons at Rosedale remains immeasurable. From the very beginning, the grounds have been beautifully maintained — lush, clean, peaceful, and cared for with pride. Every corner of the community is kept in wonderful condition, making it feel like home the moment you arrive. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and welcoming. Whether early morning or late evening, we always felt comfortable and secure. That level of peace is invaluable. The maintenance team has been exceptional. They are responsive, skilled, professional, and consistently dependable. Every request — big or small — was handled promptly and with real care. It is rare to find a maintenance team that exceeds expectations every single time, but this team does. The leasing office management and staff deserve special recognition. Management leads with professionalism, warmth, and integrity, and the staff reflects that leadership beautifully. Every interaction over the years has been welcoming, respectful, and kind. They greet residents with genuine smiles, acknowledge you in passing, and create a true sense of community that is unmatched. Their dedication and consistency set The Bexley Commons at Rosedale (Huntersville) apart from any typical apartment experience. Our townhome was wonderful, and living here has been an amazing experience from start to finish. After almost 15 years, The Bexley Commons at Rosedale (Huntersville) will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are deeply grateful for our time here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, well-maintained, and exceptionally managed place to call home. The Marchetti’s will truly miss them.
My time at Bexley Rosedale was brief, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. I feel it’s important to highlight some key issues for prospective residents to consider: 1. 15-Day Grace Period: There is a 15-day grace period to address issues with your apartment, but this policy is not clearly communicated. Residents must dig through documentation to find this information. I urge future tenants to take full advantage of this timeframe to document any problems. 2. Mold Issue: On my second day of cleaning the apartment, I discovered mold in the unit, which had clearly not been properly cleaned before my move-in. When I reached out to management and code enforcement for help, my concerns were dismissed. Despite presenting mold reports, the response was dismissive, and I was advised not to trust the evidence of my own findings. 3. Maintenance Concerns: The maintenance staff behaved unprofessionally, entering the unit without proper notice and failing to communicate their visits. This created a sense of discomfort and insecurity. I strongly advise future residents to install security cameras inside their units for peace of mind. 4. Violation of Standards: After hiring a third-party contractor to assess my unit, numerous violations were identified, demonstrating the poor condition of the property. It’s disappointing that I had to go to such lengths to have these issues acknowledged. 5. Poor Management: The management team, including the regional manager, was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. They failed to adhere to their own policies and seemed more focused on minimizing costs than addressing resident issues. I would not recommend Bexley Rosedale to anyone. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and ultimately unacceptable. Prospective residents should be cautious and ensure they thoroughly document any issues upon move-in.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your time at Bexley Rosedale. We regret any miscommunication about the 15-day grace period and will work to ensure this policy is clearly communicated. The issues you experienced with cleanliness, maintenance, and management responsiveness are deeply concerning. Please know we are reviewing these matters to improve our processes and address resident concerns more effectively. We appreciate your honesty and are truly sorry your experience was not what we strive for. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss further.
2 years, over 7 neighbors, vehicles and garage break-ins, insane rent increases, and covered a $400 rent increase and saying it was a communication error (and no, they did nothing about it other than take the extra rent). Would not recommend to anyone.

When it comes to an apartment I knew I wanted to have a place that I could count on the leasing office personnel and support staff to take care of all my needs as I travel quite often for business. The team in the leasing office provides impeccable service and the maintenance staff gives top shelf support. The two bed room apartment that I lease is all modern appliances, and it is within walking distance to business office, community center and all the amenities that I need for my personal life. When I moved from Florida in February, I was not sure what I was getting, but believe me, you will be thrilled when you lease from Bexley Commons. Richard

Bexley Commons at Rosedale is the best apartment I have every lived in. The ladies at the office are always so amazing and friendly to work with. We moved in March with a 14 months lease and we already know we will be signing another one. We LOVE our actual apartment, the crown molding and 9' ceilings make a wonderful place to live, not to mention the patio (our favorite place to be)!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!
