Love the location! Beautiful place to live and the staff is pretty awesome too. Always friendly and ready to help. Can’t believe maintenance is getting my stuff done usually the same day. Never lived at a place where I have requested something in the morning and it’s done by the time I get off from work.

The overall experience here was alright. Traffic is noisy so be prepared for that. The elevator seemed to never work and there was no communication from the property about when and if it would be getting fixed. Walking up some stairs isn’t an issue but when you’re 8 months pregnant that isn’t the easiest thing to do after working all day. The gate is broken almost every other day it seems. Be prepared for that as well. There’s no communication on when they’re going to get fixed. They try to get involved and make it feel like a community so there’s a positive. It’s not a bad place to stay but they need to be more transparent about issues and be active in communicating with residents. They’re so focused on wanting to be “hip and trendy” that they forget that people just want to be informed and taken care of. If they can do that then they’d be worthy of 5 stars.

If you need sleep do not move here. Between residents sitting in their cars on Bluetooth, daily ambulance visits, paper thin walls and neighbors above you stomping there is no sleep. Noise in the building I live in is ridiculous and I deeply regret moving here. Management has changed and it seems as if it was not for the best.

The apartments themselves are nice but I have had nothing but trouble since the lease signing process. My agent was extremely unprofessional, always waited last minute to tell me important information or ask for documents . She’d call me after office hours and would rush the phone calls saying “I should have been home x minutes ago so can we hurry this up”. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. It was a nightmare working with her. Aside from that, upon my move in date I noticed that my apartment had not been cleaned properly before handing the keys over to me. The bathtub and sink were dirty and to top it off there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom! Also a side note: the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything. So far I haven’t enjoyed my time here.

Beautiful apartments. Great staff. The moment that I arrived I was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from Luiza. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the apartment that I chose and had my apartment ready the very next day. She is very personable and her personality is contagious. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an amazing atmosphere.
I moved into the apartments almost a month ago and so far I have no complaints. Luiza was my leasing agent and helped me through the process of renting the apartment while I was living 200 miles away. She is very kind and has since checked in with me to make sure everything is going well. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and practical. I highly recommend the apartments and the staff here at The Grand Estates in the Forest.
Love the layout of the 4 bedroom!! Moving from a house into an apartment we thought it was going to be small, but the way the apartment is design still give us enough space to still enjoy family/alone time. Only thing i wish is that we could have some place for the kids to play instead of the helicopter pad. But overall a very nice place to move into.
This apartment complex is gorgeous and the apartments are just beautiful! The staff is so nice and helpful. I recommend this complex if you are looking for reasonably priced luxury living! The dog park is well kept up with, and everyone is so nice! Ask for Nicholas Reynolds! He's the best!
My fiance and I have lived here for 3 months, and we are ready to move. These are some of the worst apartments we have ever lived in. Yes the inside is nice but with the management and lack of insulation in the buildings you wont be able to enjoy your home. For the price you're going to be paying, its not worth it. The appliances are suppose to be "stainless steel" but our sink is already rusting as well as the jets in the bathroom. The sprinklers come on around 10pm and leave the grass soaking wet all day making it super muddy. We will go to the pool and have people come up to us and ask us if we have the same problems. Everyone who lives here hates it. All around it is just an awful place to live. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
