I love the space bell has provided for me. It is always clean and of the few issues I have had the maintenance team and office staff have been incredibly punctual and professional. I can't applaud them enough. Great job!

Bell Knox is a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly--management as well as tenants!
Be sure to have some solid insurance because security is pretty lax and people stalk cars to smash windows in the parking garage. Don’t expect any assistance from management, you will get shamed for a backpack in your overpriced gated apartment parking garage (I was asking for it so that helped). Also valet trash smell in the hallways is covered up with what might as well be axe body spray. They have cornhole and a pool. So hopefully that makes up for the frequent car window smashings that apparently happen frequently (told by them personally) and overpriced location.
A very nice complex that is well run, and has kind management and staff! The maintenance staff is fantastic - knowledgeable and timely. The common areas are always kept clean. They are strict on policies which makes tenants accountable and take pride in the place they live. I'm very happy to call BND home!
Quiet Community with a perfect outdoor pool and patio set-up for those who enjoy a more laid back pool atmosphere but still enjoy being in the city.
Being a resident at Bell Knox District was one smart decision. The staff and management treat the living experience here like true professionals. The amenities are kept in perfect condition, and the location is close to a lot.
Bell Knox District is more of a community than an apartment complex. Safe place to live with fun resident events and friendly staff that are so helpful and care about the well being of the residents!

Living at Bell Knox District is akin to living in a luxurious hotel with accessible amenities, walking distance to the Katy Trail, popular retailers, and delicious restaurants. The staff members are friendly, genuine, and generate laughter in their interactions.

New-ish, community focused building in a good location next to shopping and the Katy Trail. The pool is fun but not crazy, the exercise room is clean, and the 2nd floor dog park is great for those walks after dark . The the ladies who work in the front offices are really friendly.

Bell Knox District has been one of my favorite places that Ive ever lived!! Not only are the staff AMAZING, they are responsive and always smiling and willing to help! I feel very lucky to have excellent management team and they Always handle things immediately!! Love living here and I actually do recommend it to all of my friends and family!!!!
I love the location... I can walk to the grocery store, I can walk to go out and it is right next to a bunch of great shops. Not to mention, it also backs up to the katy trail!

I fell in love with Bell Knox district the first time I visited!! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond my expectations!! In particular, Chad and Casey Have been most helpful and accommodating but all of the staff that Ive encountered have been awesome! We absolutely love our apartment and I would recommend this place to anyone! We love the amenities and feel like we are living in a luxury hotel! Life doesnt get better than this!

I love that the management makes a point to get to know their residents and is attentive to our needs. I also love the maintenance request process and how everything gets addressed in about 24 hours.
