Just south of Barton Creek Habitat Preserves sits one Austin’s most family-friendly neighborhoods, West Oak Hill. Nice, new townhomes...many with an incredible view of the Oak Hill Area. The units themselves have pluses and minuses. Some of the townhomes, like ours, is free standing so it's nice not to be touching walls with another home. Lots of space and a good value. Nice design of the townhomes so they don't all look the same. Some negatives would be the appliances are cheap and some of the build out, like the cabinets and such are on the cheap side. There's not much of a community here...a dog park and a trail so don't expect a pool or anything.

Bee Caves Vista . It seems to me to be an excellent place where someone can start living and fall in love quickly. It is a safe and very spacious space to walk especially if you have furry friends (pets). a place with an incredible view. The houses are very comfortable, spacious and well distributed. I just moved and everything is perfect so far. I'm honestly happy to have moved.

Awesome house and community!
We have been here over a year (renewed a couple of months ago after our first lease) and we are extremely happy! The management are responsive and nice people, the property is secure/gated and on top of a hill so we have amazing views. The area and location for us is perfect as it's very close to Bee Caves and very close to downtown. The house itself is an ideal size for us and the floorplan also works very well. I would definitely recommend as we have literally had zero issues for over a year. Thanks!
