I have a week living here and I’m already loving it! Everyone is so welcoming and nice. The apartment complex is always so clean and well taken care of!
Been living here for a while now and I can honestly say it’s a great place to stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The neighborhood feels safe and accessible. Management is responsive and helpful whenever we have concerns.
I really enjoy this apartment complex and the people working to keep it running. I can tell they deeply care about their residents especially with the fun events being held.

It’s been such a great time living here. It is truly a great community. The ladies in the office are always helpful and ready to have a great time. I always leave out of the office laughing. This staff is great!
Move in was quick and easy! Jada has been extremely helpful! Still waiting on a few things of course but overall, very informative and good response times.
Been living here two years, i can’t complain! The staff is very nice, they keep the community clean, and always host events for the residents! I definitely recommend!

I like that they communicate everything that is going on in the community which is a plus. Very calm and nice, love them so much! Just wish pool was open a bit longer maybe till 11pm on Friday and Saturday but that’s just my opinion

There is a lady that blasts her music in the field next to the pickleball court at 6:30 in the morning. It is very bothersome and wakes everyone up. Please make it stop.
Our intial tour was great and our tour guide answered all of our questions and concerns. I also was able to qualify for the 6 weeks free rent and its super helpful. Our move in process was simple and fast also there was a pool party the same day we moved in so it was nice to stop by and enjor food and beverages.

Incredibly thin walls. You’ll hear your neighbors washing machine banging during the spin cycle! No guest parking! there’s a really bad spider problem but we pay for pest control. & not to mention Rent/fees are high for average amenities. No access to Indoor community club room after office hours is insane.

Our move in day was the same day as the pool party so it was great being able to stop by and enjoy the pool , food and drinks. The entire process was really smooth and fast

The walls are a little thin. Things can be heard easily from neighboring apartments like music. The gym is nice. I wish there was a stair master added as well.

Wow! What can I say I have been in my home for almost a month and I am still loving it. The office staff are super supportive and informative in case I need anything. The neighborhood is very quite, due to me coming in late I wanted a well lit environment and they are just that, neighbors are pleasant, and my home is definitely coming together. As of today, is still a 10/10!!

Overall complex is nice, feels safe, and staff is kind. A few frustrations include repeat pest issues with ants in my unit, the system for guest parking only allows one guest at a time and their access lasts for 24hrs and we cannot modify that on our end, the AI assistant for the office makes it impossible to talk to anyone without physically walking in, and while they are nice the communication and follow through from staff is not great. Maintenance is probably my favorite crew from all my apartment experiences. Overall if everything is smooth then it’s pretty good, otherwise when things go wrong is where it starts to add up.

Neighborhood is dangerous (gunshots, stolen tires, break ins, etc). The apartment security is lacking and there are no cameras to be found. Amenities are decent and apartments are spacious but lots of fees and additional charges on top of base rent.

My experience here has always been lovely since the day we moved in. The community has everything I need. I now do wish there were patios or balconies, and a playground for kids would be a wonderful addition.

Great place to live, first time in an apartment in twenty years. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance staff is great. The office staff is excellent.

It is a generally quiet community, maintenance response is excellent (I have never waited more than a day for my issues to be dealt with), the location to all necessities and shopping in Pearland is convenient, and the apartments are spacious and nice.

I have no complaints about anything the apartment is nice clean and up to date. The worst part about living here is the parking rules and restrictions you basically can’t have guest over often

The apartments are nice the price is fair the neighbors and staff are all wonderful. But if you live alone and have 2 cars you will get towed multiple times due to the fact their is no guest parking and the garage units are virtually impossible to find. If the guest parking situation can’t change I can not see my self staying here much longer.
Ever since my mom and I moved into these apartments, it’s been nothing but fantastic. The staff are all amazing and so kind, the pool is pretty awesome, and the gym is practically my second home lol. Amazing place and amazing people.

The staff are friendly. The workers keep the property clean; they are up bright and early making sure everything is well-maintained. The maintenance staff get things fixed in a timely manner. Only thing i feel is missing is a stair-master in the gym & a basketball court or playground for the kiddos would be nice lol

This complex has terribly thin walls, Spider problem, loud appliances, no real guest parking, high rent/fees that don’t match the experience.

Very clean place to live. Peaceful , not very noisy. Apartments are very spacious with all new appliances. Love the gym and how easy it is to access your mail and packages. Office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wish we had designated parking spots because coming back late or even just after 7:30 pm I’ve had the biggest struggle finding parking or I’ve had to park several buildings down

Just moved here and so far it’s been great. Nice community, very clean and safe. Not too far from restaurants, stores, parks, etc. Practically all you’d need is around. Great location

We love the complex and how clean it is. We unfortunately did have quite a few roaches when we moved in which was probably due to it being vacant for so long. We wish that hadn’t been an issue at move in since I am allergic to roaches, but apart from that, we have enjoyed the past few weeks living here.
