I love the community, it’s amenities & the staff. What sets this community apart from all others is its staff. Always willing to go the extra mile to help someone.
I enjoy our unit very much. The design of the interior and general aesthetics are great. I love the kitchen island and set up as well. I strongly dislike how thin the walls are - we can hear EVERYTHING our neighbors are up to without wanting to. I don't think there's much that can be done about this at this point but it is a very frustrating to be woken up to loud music or arguing from your neighbors. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the parking situation. I do understand that the property wants to make sure there is always enough parking for the residents. I also understand that we are not in the safest of neighborhoods, so letting just anyone in is a safety concern. It's just frustrating that I can't have more than one friend over because they risk paying $300 if they get towed. We've had a few car break ins regardless so not sure how much this is doing to minimize that risk. It would be nice to have round the clock security. I feel nervous walking my dogs at night.
I like that the apartments are spacious but the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. However the location and the amenities are great.
For the most part, it’s a very quiet community. The things that I dislike: living across from a truck yard… There’s absolutely no point in getting a car wash because the semi’s kick up so much dust. The parking arrangement has not changed. We were promised that it would change once we met full occupancy, but nothing has changed…only 1 visitor locked in for 24 hours is absurd and no street parking.
I’m loving my new apartment home and community. It’s clean and I feel safe. The leasing agents are super professional and helpful. The valet trash is a plus and the amenities are great.

The area is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever maintenance issues come up. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.

Clean community, friendly staff. I’ve been concerned about several break in’s into car lately delaying me from purchasing a new car. An effort was made to place cameras in the community after the incidents, so that is very thoughtful !
My experience living in these apartments have been good. I don't really have any complaints and feel as though this is a good community to stay in. The leasing/management team care about the residents and their opinions, they create community engagement, and ensure that everyone feels safe/heard. Overall, definitely a good property.

I truly love this community. Not only are the units gorgeous, spacious and clean but the biggest win is how safe the complex is. I feel comfortable as a woman just going for a walk at night which is very rare. The common areas are wonderful and beautiful to be in. I’m truly blessed to call Beckett my home.
I just moved in yesterday and the entire experience has been excellent so far. From the first phone call to the move-in walkthrough, the leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Jada, my leasing agent, was amazing—she was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful . She patiently answered every question, explained all of the paperwork clearly, and even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed on move-in day. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described, and the community itself feels safe and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff cares about residents and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. I’m excited to settle in and look forward to being part of the community.
I love it here for the most part but I am getting concerned about the vandalism to cars that has been occurring recently. I hope that something is being done to beef up security during the night so that we don’t wake up in the morning to tires being stolen or vehicles being broken into.

Its been great so far a couple hiccups with noise complaints that werent really explained in details at first. But so far so good way better than our old apartments

These anre nice apartments. It is pet friendly here. These apartments are not too from any but it is still far enough away from the heavy traffic.

I love it here! The apartments are spacious and I love the wood flooring. Easy to clean and had a modern feel. The white cabinets are a plus as they have a clean crisp clean!

Honestly I love living here and I do plan on renewing my lease because the staff the apartment and the amenities are amazing. However, my only complaint is the crazy restriction on parking because I get that they want to prioritize their residence, but I feel that people should be allowed more than one guest pass per apartment, especially if they’re only going to be there a few hours and not staying overnight. I have no problem putting it into the system. The only “visitors parking” is in the front which is four spots that are taken every single evening. I can understand if there was an issue with the residence finding parking but the entire time that I’ve lived here there has never been an issue and having my guest car towed twice and paying $300 in each time, all within a month time is RIDICULOUS. I have no problem, abiding by the parking pass rule, but at least give some grace with allowing more guest passes on the via app or put residential guest parking throughout the property.
So far everything has been wonderful. I just moved in today so I’m still getting settled. Everyone and everything has been welcoming and I’m excited to meet some people in the community
Very peaceful and calm here. Open and clear communication on most parts. Very understanding staff and management. Nice community and area to live in
The buildings are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Be aware that the application verification process is so complicated that they’ll end up putting you in a apartment you didn’t apply for due to their own shortcomings.
I moved in in the beginning of May 2025. I haven’t had any issues my time being here. The property is always clean and well maintained. Any of the staff members I have interacted with have been polite and helpful.

I like that they communicate everything that is going on in the community which is a plus. Very calm and nice, love them so much! Just wish pool was open a bit longer maybe till 11pm on Friday and Saturday but that’s just my opinion

There is a lady that blasts her music in the field next to the pickleball court at 6:30 in the morning. It is very bothersome and wakes everyone up. Please make it stop.
Our intial tour was great and our tour guide answered all of our questions and concerns. I also was able to qualify for the 6 weeks free rent and its super helpful. Our move in process was simple and fast also there was a pool party the same day we moved in so it was nice to stop by and enjor food and beverages.

Incredibly thin walls. You’ll hear your neighbors washing machine banging during the spin cycle! No guest parking! there’s a really bad spider problem but we pay for pest control. & not to mention Rent/fees are high for average amenities. No access to Indoor community club room after office hours is insane.

Our move in day was the same day as the pool party so it was great being able to stop by and enjoy the pool , food and drinks. The entire process was really smooth and fast

The walls are a little thin. Things can be heard easily from neighboring apartments like music. The gym is nice. I wish there was a stair master added as well.

Wow! What can I say I have been in my home for almost a month and I am still loving it. The office staff are super supportive and informative in case I need anything. The neighborhood is very quite, due to me coming in late I wanted a well lit environment and they are just that, neighbors are pleasant, and my home is definitely coming together. As of today, is still a 10/10!!

It’s a good price for what you get. Our washer didn’t work for months and my husband wife and I had to spend time and money at a laundromat.

Overall complex is nice, feels safe, and staff is kind. A few frustrations include repeat pest issues with ants in my unit, the system for guest parking only allows one guest at a time and their access lasts for 24hrs and we cannot modify that on our end, the AI assistant for the office makes it impossible to talk to anyone without physically walking in, and while they are nice the communication and follow through from staff is not great. Maintenance is probably my favorite crew from all my apartment experiences. Overall if everything is smooth then it’s pretty good, otherwise when things go wrong is where it starts to add up.

Neighborhood is dangerous (gunshots, stolen tires, break ins, etc). The apartment security is lacking and there are no cameras to be found. Amenities are decent and apartments are spacious but lots of fees and additional charges on top of base rent.
