Batik has very cozy and homey feels. Spacious apartment, big closets and nice sound-proofing. It has great amenities such as lounges, gym, game room, coffee machine and roof deck area.

Batik's location is great. It's close enough to Capital Hill and the International District that you can walk but far enough that it's pretty quiet. The Apartment design itself is great. I love the layout and the walls are pretty sound proof. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or the people above me. The doggy area is my favorite because my dog has room to play ball so its a decent size and has an amazing view from the roof! I've enjoyed living here so far.
