This place is nice and lovely to look at from the outside but security is awful and the building smells awful.

Batik has very cozy and homey feels. Spacious apartment, big closets and nice sound-proofing. It has great amenities such as lounges, gym, game room, coffee machine and roof deck area.

Although I haven’t been living at Batik for too long, it has been a smooth and easy move in. The leasing team is amazing and understanding. They are people who care and that is what makes Batik a place you should consider living! The apartment is beautiful, in a walkable/public transport area, pet friendly, and has amazing amenities. Batik's location is great. It's close enough to Capital Hill and the International District that you can walk but far enough that it's pretty quiet. The Apartment design itself is great. I love the layout and the walls are pretty sound proof. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or the people above me. The doggy area is my favorite because my dog has room to play ball so its a decent size and has an amazing view from the roof! I've enjoyed living here so far.

Batik has been a great home. Its located in a convenient area, facilities are well kept and the experience living here is easy. I havent had any problems and I feel like the management is very active in addressing concerns and communicating with the residents.
