Property Ratings at Azura
Building needs to get painted and its been out for about 5 years its about time. Pool cabana missing curtains. Gate is always broken allowing anyone to easily come in
After 9 Months Review (Veteran/Dog Owner): Beautiful property and apartments, as long as you can live with the following: • Valet Trash only operates 5 out of 7 days, not including the holidays • The excessive smell of Weed while walking around in the Apartment Complex • Parking for guests on a sign-in and -out basis similar to a hotel (Maximum 14 days a month) • Maintenance may take longer than expected • Ignorant neighbors (Quiet hours not enforced) Azura has made some changes, which have positively affected the apartment complex. However, there are still some issues that need fixing.
I lived here 4 years ago and am just now getting wind that I owe the apt money for damaged floors( that I never damaged )... when I was never notified of the issue at move out. The manager cannot provide my move in-inspection I provided, any pictures of damage, and notation of where the damage was, and I was never notified by phone, email or regular mail. They are now telling me I had 30 days to contest, yet never notified to begin with when they had all this info. The whole thing is a giant mess and clearly they still can’t get things right as the new manager is zero help at all. Would avoid at all costs
Excellent treatment of the staff, especially Armani who cared for my family and me with great affection. The maintenance specials are too super and they solve any problems right away. I just moved in and we are very happy. I live in a 2/2 apartment it is super comfortable and very nice. I recommend this place to live
The apartment complex is great, the only complaint I have is that the power goes out quite frequently for a short amount of time (less than 5 minutes), I have spoken with the staff and they advised me that it is the power company at fault. You get A LOT more space compared to downtown and nicer people. It’s in a good area close to Publix and you a nice farmers market behind the small airport.

Very young tenants and very loud neighbors!!!! It's like living in a dorm! Don't move here if you want peace and quiet!!!!!!!!!!! They rent to entirely too many young people and there are accidents with cars and loud people in the breezeway. Was excited about living here and now I wish we went somewhere else. Upstairs neighbors stomping all night and slamming doors!!! This place is fairly new but ratings will drop rather quick with the people they let in here!!!

Visiting Azura as I compared new construction properties searching for my new home was a very easy and pleasant experience. I can definitely say that what truly made this property stand out, was the superb customer service my family and I received from Jenny. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home the instant we walked in ... We toured the property, gym, entertainment room, pool area and what will be our new apartment! Jenny was very thorough on answering all our questions and explained the application process in detail. I have never experienced a more smooth and seamless application process. I highly recommend this community and Jenny! Super happy customer over here... Jenny has turned my family and I into residents for life :)
