Lived here from 2022-2025 and I moved solely because of their newest management change to Bell Partners. Brought back a head manager that was fired from a previous company that managed Axis110, LeShannon. She and what I like to call her “minions” that are just like her will do and say anything to get out of doing their job and get you to go away. This apartment complex also has a history of flooding, I had one in January 2023 and others have too (other reviews highlight this as well, even recent floods too). Used to have free EV charging but when Bell Partners took over, they took them away. Advertising to the community they were adding more chargers. Lol no, the 4 free EV chargers got replaced with 4 pay $0.30kW/h EV chargers that break constantly and have a $2 activation fee to even to use. There is so much more I could write about how bad Bell Partners/LeShannon has made Axis110. Like how they tried to gaslight me saying a “pre-move out inspection” was standard and was scheduled 2 weeks before my move out date. I’ve met some truly great neighbors here, but after discussing our shared concerns with Bell Partners, particularly with LeShannon, we all agreed that relocating was the best decision. The only thing to highlight positively about this place is the maintenance team has always been amazing, under all managements. Giving 1 star to write the review and inform but Axis110 no longer deserves any stars as long as LeShannon is in management there

One-year resident here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! CONSTANT Car thefts, noise issues, trash on the corridors, and extremely poor management communication with the residents. I am leaving this place as soon as possible. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. We used to think so, but we failed to see the signs. Things are only going downhill . We had multiple car thefts inside the "gated" area of the building within a few days from each other. Yet, Axis 110 did nothing. The cameras are just for show. "Reviewing the footage is too hard, and installing more cameras would cost more than $50,000. Thus, we will do nothing to avoid future thefts." This should never be an answer of a company that cares about the residents. Good luck trying to get an e-mail answer from Axis 110 unless is about giving them money.

I’ve moved in less than a month ago and I’ve had maintenance in my apartment over 5 times in less than 3 weeks. The entire time I’ve advised of a rotten egg smell/ gas leakage without any resolution and guess what they found today a Gas Leakage. So I’ve been inhaling fumes for 3 weeks. I’m disappointed in management.

Extremely poorly management. They’re rude and unhelpful in every way possible. Don’t be fooled by the incentives to get you to move in. Everything’s cheaply put together in the finishings from the laminate floors to the carpet. Elevators always breaking down and will be weeks before they work again with no response or apology from management.

I have been living here for 6 months and since then we have had multiple break ins into cars and also two cars within the past 3 months have had all of their tires stolen and left on bricks. I called the office the first time I noticed this and management said that we have a security guard however he is a police officer for the city of Richardson and just happen to live here. She stated that he makes rounds but obliviously not since this keeps happening. Here's a solution to the problem, since we pay so much for our luxury apartments how about we get a third party security guard for over night who does rounds constantly and also who has a security car like the cityline security and is posted at night by the entrance. We could also get cameras on every floor of the garage instead of just the entrance and visitor parking area.

We moved in when there were hardly any residents here, and I’ve noticed the considerable decline of this property over the past year. We moved out because of how horrible management became, and the decline of the condition of the entire property. My brother in law and wife who still live there are dealing with difficult management, and declining amenities. The icing on the cake was when we moved out (after having the apartment professionally cleaned), and got an invoice for over $600 for trumped up "cleaning" charges for a pristinely, professionally cleaned apartment. I am still disputing these charges with them, in spite of my videos, pictures, and invoices. They will also charge you for carpet cleaning and replacement for carpet that was professionally cleaned upon move out. New management is very unethical, and will take advantage of you. I've never had this issue in my 8 years of renting in DFW, with a pristine renting and move out record.
