I moved to Avidor when I retired. It has everything that I need and more, The staff is amazing and very creative. I was able to bring my dog and there is a small outdoor play area . There are lots of activities and classes. Let’s not forget. The Pool and surrounding area where one can cook on the grill and relax My apartment is very comfortable, with a washer dryer and a patio

The Avidor Evanston is an adult community apartment building. You will find ALL staff in ALL departments to be outstanding. Fitness classes are taught by professionals. There are many social events sponsored by both the Avidor and residents. It is just a few blocks from downtown Evanston which offers a variety of possibilities. I left California after my partner passed away to be in Evanston where I grew up. I love it here. Come join our Avidor community. You won’t be sorry.

I have lived at the Avidor in Evanston for a little over a year. I am very happy to be in this location (I can walk to so many places). I like the newness of the Avidor - convenient in-unit laundry & an elevator!! The staff is great. They keep the bldg very clean. Maintenance request are handled fast (within 24 hours.). The Avidor is a friendly community in the heart of Evanston. The location is convenient in terms of transportation, close to both the El and the Metra, which is especially helpful for residents who have not yet retired. We love the fact that it is close to the lake and a number of great restaurants. And the building itself is clean and modern, with a number of nice amenities.

It has an experienced and caring manager and staff, residents are friendly and good neighbors. Our building is clean; upkeep has been exceptional. When I have had a concern, it has been timely addressed by the property manager. I love the high quality appliances and equipment. It is a beautiful place for me to live.

I enjoy living at the Avidor. It is a clean, bright residence with many friendly neighbors and staff. Any issues I've experienced in my daily living as it relates to the building have always been quickly and ably addressed by the Avidor staff.

The staff members, one & all, are very cordial, helpful and work hard at their responsibilities. Our fellow residents are friendly and seem to be pleased to be living here. We enjoyed each of the community events that we have been able to attend. We use the exercise rooms on our own and love that they are right here!! Jo Lynn C.

This is a great building with fantastic amenities. It is very well maintained. The location is very convenient to everything. There are countless planned activities and events. The residents are very courteous and friendly.
