Everything is well maintained and the Avidor staff has always been helpful. Much appreciated!
I have lived at the Avidor in Evanston for a little over a year. I am very happy to be in this location (I can walk to so many places). I like the newness of the Avidor - convenient in-unit laundry & an elevator!! The staff is great. They keep the bldg very clean. Maintenance request are handled fast (within 24 hours.). I can’t say enough about how well this bldg is managed
The Avidor is a friendly community in the heart of Evanston. The location is convenient in terms of transportation, close to both the El and the Metra, which is especially helpful for residents who have not yet retired. We love the fact that it is close to the lake and a number of great restaurants. And the building itself is clean and modern, with a number of nice amenities.
The Avidor is not just an apartment building, but a strong community within the well maintained building. It is a great place for active older adults looking to enjoy the offerings of the Avidor - get-togethers, fitness, great staff, concierge, activities, and much more. I moved here three months ago and I absolutely made the best decision in moving here.

I have lived at Avidor Evanston since its beginning in June 2020 and I thoroughly enjoy many aspects of the community. It has an experienced and caring manager and staff, residents are friendly and good neighbors. Our building is clean; upkeep has been exceptional. When I have had a concern, it has been timely addressed by the property manager. I love the high quality appliances and equipment. It is a beautiful place for me to live.

Avidor is a wonderful, active senior community. The apartments are well appointed, the building amenities are excellent and there are many activities to participate in. It’s an incredibly easy way to meet people with common interests and find new friends. I’m very happy we moved here.

Avidor Evanston is ideal for people 55 ! The luxury building is completely safe and designed for senior living. The amenities include activities and trips if you want to use them. If you are still working the building “works” perfectly. The centrally located building makes grocery, pharmacy, doctors, and restaurants within easy walking distance making a car an option but not a requirement. The staff is welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. Fellow residents are also welcoming and are glad to help you navigate the building’s services and features.
