The avana property in general is a very nice community , only if the tenants would have respect for others living here and take care of there children and dogs at ALL TIMES, there is always garbage , cigarettes , dogs urinating at entrance and in and out of elevators, maybe if the carpet was in better shape they would start respecting the complex, maybe some more letters , emails etc with consequences if found guilty should be fined , THANK YOU ,

Never rent the party room on a Sunday. No one even knew there was a party in there on Sunday even though I paid the money and they wrote it down.

We have all of our lease holders sign a community room addendum where it explains the party room rules and how to obtain keys during office hours. Please contact the leasing office if you have any more questions or need clarification.
Very poor. Rent is too expensive. There’s always some kind of trouble happening involving police and chaos in the parking lot . Packages get stolen. Building hallways smell terrible

The apartment and location are nice but the noise is terrible. There are crying babies, dogs barking, firework launching, and more within the building. Residents do not clean up after their dogs. Upon move in, the washer was filled with many pieces of what looked to be bark from a tree. Getting the keys was easy. That being said, I noticed a key that looked like the key to the amenities just sitting in the grass near the leasing office. That makes me feel unsafe. The woman running the leasing office is friendly and professional.

Of the many apartments I have stayed at in several countries Avana Southview is tops. Beautifully manicured grounds, clean and well-maintained apartments, close to all amenities and transportation, and a friendly staff that are quick to please their tenants.

Very affordable for what you get! The amenities are nice, there are multiple options for floor-plans, including two bed and two bath split (excellent for roommates), and in-unit laundry with full-sized (!!!) machines. Lots of outdoor seating available for the spring and summer.

My wife and I are happy living at Avana Southview. You get what you pay for. The heated, underground garage is a real plus, as is Inver Grove Heights Police and Fire, and proximity to shopping and highways. The Maintenance Team is competent and highly responsive to necessary maintenance requests. We are also happy with the Property Management Team.

Great place to live. Thick walls. Borders on a well-maintained private golf course. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, competent Maintenance Team and Management. Easy highway access. You get what you pay for. An added plus is that you benefit from accessing the helpful resources of the Inver Grove Heights Police, Fire, and EMS.

The complex is very nice and the amenities are great. The staff is on it with maintenance repairs/ the online portal makes it super easy to pay rent. There's lots of parking options which makes it great during the rain and snow.

Avana Southview is a great place to live. I've lived here for over 10 years and don't plan to move. Diana, Karla and Kiera in the office are very friendly and professional. Alex and Justin on the maintenance team are also very helpful.

Not so friendly management makes the living situation very difficult. I have never had a member of management be outside of the office to check grounds and occupancy, once. Be more involved.

The community is very friendly and welcoming, i have only lived here 2 weeks but it has been better than any other apartment i have lived in.

Affordable, and spacious units. Leasing staff was great, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Units are a bit dated. But overall a great move-in experience.

I have submitted a couple different maintenance request during the three months I've lived at Avana Southview. The maintenance team has been great. They address issues very quickly and fix any issues. They were also really good at communicating with me about the status of my maintenance request. My biggest complaint about Avana Southview in general would be that it is difficult to get in contact with the leasing office. I have had to contact them via email in the past and almost never get a reply without either multiple emails or calling.

I couldn't be happier finding my new home at Avanna on Southview! Not only are the units absolutely beautiful, and very spacious but the community as a whole is so welcoming and kind! I was raised in IGH and it is very nice to return home to my roots and have found such a nicely renovated location to move into! I think they have done an excellent job with updating the buildings here and you truly can't beat the location!

Avana Southview is nice because it's near the city and Robert Street while still feeling like it's in its own world. A little green pocket of peace. It's a beautiful area and well priced apartments.

The apartment is alright. The windows are scary and seem like they will just fall out at any second. The ac unit is so old that I can barely turn the knobs and gives no indication of setting to a specific temperature. I have received countless email threats about the actions of a few bad residents and how it will affect everyone else that lives here. Maintenance doesn’t understand that your apartment is your home and so they feel free to walk in anytime without giving notice. The washer/dryer in unit are nice but they are tiny and will not actually clean things if they have dirt or debris on them (I washed a small beach blanket on it’s own 4 times and it still had sand/dirt loose on the surface. The lease wasn’t clear about utilities and charges so expect an extra like $75-$150 for random things that don’t affect your unit.
