Avana on Wilshire

Moriah and Nikki do such a good job, Moriah has been so nice to my pup every time we come back from a walk and bith have been really helpful in my year here with anything from getting a patking pass for my mom to helping me transfer to an apartment on a higher floor. The dog park is a nice bonus that is better than the all concrete ones at other places and the gym is usually quiet and has like one or two other people in it max. So much is close by, especially food. Parking is secure and security is on site patrolling. Cleaning crew works so hard and Travis in maintenance is a miracle worker. It can be a bit noisy on the street side but usually not bad, more entertaining than anything. Interior apartments are super quiet and are big for the price. All of this is only possible because Moriah and Nikki work so hard though, and each are the equivalent of a whole team of managers anywhere else.

The staff at Avana have been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. Moriah is always quick to respond and continues to be a delight to talk to whenever I stop by the front office. Frank in maintenance has been outstanding—quick, diligent, and easygoing whenever handling requests. Overall the move-in process was smooth, with clear instructions for both us and the movers. It’s been a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to seeing how the rest of the lease goes!

Living at Avana on Wilshire has been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is attentive and responsive to any needs. Moriah, in particular, was incredibly helpful during my move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition. The amenities and location make it a convenient and enjoyable place to live!

I really do appreciate the communication from staff and have felt really comfortable to reach out by email, through the resident portal, or even just dropping by the office any time I have had a question or concern since moving in. Both management and maintenance have made me feel like I am taken seriously and that goes a long way in making your residents feel valued, and I also feel like the expectations of me as a resident are very clear and easy to meet. All of that and a nice apartment in a great location.

Moving to Avana has been my best decision in a long time. I looked at many different buildings and almost signed leases but this one pulled me and I am thankful I chose this community. Living here for two weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The leasing office is always there and ready to answer your questions. Very professional and personable. Maintenance is on point and so friendly. The small things I needed they were there same day I asked if not the following day. My pets are extremely energetic and happy with the move to this building. The pet area really helps with an open but isolated area for them to feel comfortable and free.

I have lived at Avana on Wilshire for the last 3 years. I feel secure, safe and comfortable. The staffs are all professional, the facilities are great and clean.

The location is awesome! Everyone has been super helpful here, and the apartments are really great. Move-in was seamless. I really love all of the amenities here. I searched for these apartments online, as well as completed everything including lease from out of state and without seeing the apartment in person. I am actually really happy because it turned out better than expected!!

Wonderful, modern and enjoyable living experience. For someone seeking a comfortable, clean and modern space with great staff and amenities, highly recommended!

My husband and I have lived here together for several months (and he lived here for about a year prior to that), and we love it! The units and communal spaces are very pretty, the pricing is reasonable considering the quality and location, the amenities are great, and, most of all, the staff here are fantastic! They have been incredibly accommodating and helpful, and work very quickly to respond to our needs, no matter what they are. It's so nice to have a team of people who are so on top of things! They're also so friendly- it's really nice to see them and say hello. I highly recommend living here!

Avana on Wilshire was our home for 2 years. It is well-maintained, common areas are clean, the management and staff are approachable and always willing help resolve issues that may come up in an apartment-living set-up. Of Course everybody knows Jay-the one person you need if something needs to be fixed, changed or replaced. Our 7-year old daughter surely likes the pool, and the gym too! Before the Covid19 pandemic, the barbecue area (s) with your own "al-fresco dining" are better substitute to the crazy Friday night dine out in the surrounding restos. Keep it up! Thank you for being our home for the past 2 years!

Ive moved into so many different places, but Avana is one of the best out of all! Staff members are friendly, they understand your needs, and most importantly, the property is so clean and safe.

I moved here almost a year ago and I'm for sure staying here longer than I thought I would because I absolutely love it! The staff is excellent! Any issue we have is fixed immediately and the complex is very clean. There is nothing for me to complain about here. I only have positive things to say about this complex.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience from the tour all the way to renting and living in this space for the last three months. The management is amazing, the unit is really nice, and I'm so happy we chose this apartment. No place like home!

Almost one year now staying at Avana. Love this apartment with all its facilities, just wish covid will end and I can use again these facilities. Management and staffs are best and fast response. The area is safe. I will absolutely renew the contract

I recently moved in to the Avana on Wilshire and love it so far. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, the amenities including Butterfly MX, Alfred, and Valet Trash really take the experience to the next level. And the location is near perfect: it's on the same block as a gym, 2 blocks from CVS, 3 blocks from the Metro, and 4 blocks from Ralph's.

Excellent leasing and maintance management. They assisted me in a smooth transition form the East coast to west coast. Love the updated apartment, location (I can see the Hollywood sign from my balcony),property amenities. I would highly reccomend to others to live in this friendly community

Would highly recommend Avana on Wilshire. I love the location in the heart of Koreatown, walking distance from great restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The leasing office made the application and leasing process extremely quick and efficient.
