Avana Heather Ridge is a beautiful hidden in plane sight community. It is a small community, very pleasant, quiet, and clean. The community is lovely and close to everything, wonderful community events and more. The pool is small but beautiful and quaint, and the gym and racket ball room is awesome. To sum it all up, it's little expensive but very nice community.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, and relaxing place to live. Children live here but you would never know, there is no loitering and it’s a beautiful tucked in the woods place to live. I absolutely love it, it’s a lil pricy but it’s so peaceful.

It's been a little over a month and we have been pretty much satisfied with our experience here so far. One of the things we're extremely empress with is the garbage removal system that AHR has currently in place. The gentleman taking the lead in this is doing an excellent job! The recycling management can use some work.

I've been staying here for almost a month, and I have no real complaints. The apartment is in a nice, quiet area, close to many stores and main freeways. They have a nice, clean and functional gym onsite, it's small but it'll get the job done. The only concerns I have so far is spiders (I can't stand them) but it makes sense for the area. The apartments could use some small updates for modernization like the appliances also, but everything is functional. I like it here so far.

This is a great place to live, the community is always quiet and very well maintained. This community allows pets and the residents are very respectful of those who do not have pets. It’s a hidden tucked away Gem. A bit pricey but it’s a very nice community!

People need to be made more aware of the thin walls. I posted a comment because there is no way I am the only one experiencing this in the entire complex. The thudding gets to a point sometimes where my dog starts growling, and he's a trained service dog who doesn't bark or ever growll. Televisions, sound machines, earphones or music do not drown anything out

I've been living here for about 2 weeks and so far my experience has been great. The leasing office staff are nice and very professional. They answered all of my questions. My move in process was smooth. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood is quiet. I believe that I have found my new home!!

I love living at Avana Heather Ridge. The community is well kept. When you put in a service request maintenance responds the same day depending on what time you put the request in. The office management are professional and attends to your needs.

Been living here for a few years. The community is kept clean thanks to the employees here. The community is conveniently located near shopping, parks and major roads, amenities are nice and maintenance is very good. When I first moved here I could say this place was quiet but lately I've noticed quite a number of very loud cars driving thru the apartment complex. It can be annoying.

Community is great. Maintenance of this place is cheap. Price of the place isn’t worth the issues you’ll have to deal with.

I would recommend this apartment because its quiet and a nice and clean place. I like the Bowie area because it's close to a lot of shopping and close to Crofton/Annapolis and the Beltway.

This is a quiet, quaint community that's in the heart of the action in Bowie. It's an unbeatable location with close proximity to my job, and I love how safe it feels here. I have also found the property management to be incredibly polite, professional, and pleasant. The management hosts events to engage with other residents each month, and I'm actually thinking about checking out the next event! It's evident to me that Avana Heather Ridge is a needle in an overpriced haystack of apartments in the Bowie area. Check the place out, you won't be disappointed.

Quick response from the Maintenance team. I reported a water leak on the floor in the morning and a new water heater was installed in the afternoon. Professional, efficient, competent Management.
