A great little community nestled in a single apartment complex! Love the staff! Walking distance to downtown dining, concerts, shopping. A nature trail goes all the way around with wildlife galore! Bring your peanuts to hand feed the squirrels! Super pet friendly! A great place to live.

I moved back to Avana Fieldstone after moving to another community in September 2024. The main reason why I moved back was to get back to someplace that was peaceful and calm. Avana Fieldstone is a quiet community and that is what I was longing for. The amenities are very good (large pool, tennis court) and well kept. Maintenance workers are professional and take care of issues very quickly.

Avana Fieldstone is a very nice community. Very well kept. The grounds are clean and I feel comfortable when my daughter and I walk around the community. It is also very quiet neighborhood. The office staff are very professional and very friendly. You can go in and talk to Sam about anything. I'm glad we moved to Avana Fieldstone.

Fair, not glamorous but that’s not what I’m looking for. It’s a good set of apartments that are kept clean. I’ve rarely had things break but the few times we need maintenance it seems like there are issues getting a clear message to maintenance. The guys are awesome but it’s seems like they’re not given the tools to succeed.

Great, family neighborhood style community. Friendly staff and maintenance team. Easy access to packages with Amazon Hub locker. Convenient on site storage if needed. Great swimming pool and other amenities.Fair affordable price. I do wish they would update appliances and other maintenance items more frequently rather than have some “upgraded units” and some “classic”. Classic units are cheaper and that’s great but certain updates need to be done to every home over time.

Very friendly community, I love how if you have a issue they're quick to fix it, i love how they explain what they'regoing to do and then when finished they explain what they did, and fee few days later they ask if everythingis still good, love how the people in the leasing office is so welcoming and how they know your name. The maintenance of the property is excellent and the staff is very professional and warmth. Tye apartments were built with the occupants in mind as there is a mini-mart near by. As for the other facilities such as the gym and the pool, I think they could have been bigger in order to facilitate more persons at a time, knowing that the complex have some many persons living there.

We love it here! The community felt like home the day we toured it. The office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly kind, caring, helpful, and welcoming. The community is mostly pleasant. There is a good place for children's games, because there is a place to walk in a large complex.

Avana Fieldstone is an awesome complex to live and one the most professional and safest options in the Leesburg area. Our management team is awesome and very personable and our neighbors are respectful and quiet for the most part. Until I finally purchase a home, I will remain a resident at Avana Fieldstone under our current management team.

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!! I'm not big on blasting negative reviews, but I am way over the complex since the new management or ownership change. To start, we've been living here for about 3 years, have always been on time with payment, no issues the community and staff were great to start. No issues to begin with, maintenance work was prompt and easy, staff seemed to be genuine and wanting to make a community. Now, with the change over, it has been all about making money. Managers and staff is quick to say they can't do anything to help and hide behind new company. I get that rent increases happen, but over 20%? For what? We had an issue with our dryer, we placed a work order, they came said they fixed it, closed the ticket out and we still had a non drying dryer, this happened 3 more times until it was finally fixed. Each time a new ticket was made and closed, not fixing the issue. After that, I am a single father who's children live in SC, they visit for the summer. My daughter is 18 and drove her care here for the summer. I requested a visitor's parking pass and was informed that a car can only have a 2 week pass once a month. No exceptions, that is the policy. Now I know that the pass was expired but they would not extend because "We can't do anything" but to have her car towed which cost me $260, but you can pay us another $50 a month for a resident parking pass. More issues being that we have had the same insurance since day 1 and now they are saying the new company does not have a copy and they will charge us if we do not give them proof of insurance again. After almost a year of having a pot hole big enough to swallow a small car, we are finally getting repaved Cones and tape were blocking the parking area even if you are disabled, having to park well away from the building. All in all, this property has changed, and for the cost of it, I would look elsewhere. Amenities are not the best, pool is just a pool, "grill/picnic" areas just got white PVC covers, so I'm sure those will look just as bad as the wood ones were shortly, "dog park" is low key a joke, walking paths are just as bad as the roads, cracked uneven, never cleaned when snow falls or ice. I know we will not be renewing our lease, and I can say that our neighbor who has lived here for almost 20 years said he will not renew, so take it for what it is. Terrible community now, and cannot wait for our lease to end.

This is a great place to move to, and the people here are friendly. We see that, there are allot of social opportunities, such as cooking classes, Tae Kwon Do for our son, etc. We will try to use those opportunities, when we can.
