Property Ratings at Avalon Frisco
Transitioning from a house to an apartment can be tough. My search for an apartment came to an end when I came to Satori! The staff was very helpful and Jill listened to what my needs were in my search for a 2 BR for me and my dog. They've been very responsive to my questions or concerns and have made me and my dog feel welcome in my new apt home. Made the transition smoother for sure! Thank you Jill and Megan for your time and consideration in my challenging move. :)
We lived here for two years and would continue to stay, but we bought a house. The front office and the maintenance team were very attentive to any needs we had during our tenure here. Definitely recommend to anyone moving to the area.
I will be very honest lived here for almost 3 yrs. I don’t have much negative things to say. Everyone that works there is super mega nice. If I ever had a maintenance issue the guys came in super fast. So shout out to them for always being amazing.
My son and I moved into Satori a few weeks ago and we have had a wonderful experience! We love the property. It is well maintained and quiet. Haley and Kevin are both incredibly helpful and have responded immediately the few times we have had questions or needed anything. I would highly recommend Satori Frisco!

Satori Frisco has left me speechless! I have unfortunately had a rough time finding an apartment that matches my needs and Satori Frisco exceeded them on customer service alone Haley and Kevin both made the environment so pleasing and welcoming. I unfortunately needed to move out of state at the last minute but if it weren't for my situation Satori would be my first and only pick. You will not be disappointed. :)
Recently inquired about a new apartment at Satori, Frisco. Kevin showed me around the Community and it is beautiful. It's tucked away right off of Eldorado and is perfectly located. Pricing is great for the area and amenities and customer service was fantastic from the time I scheduled my appointment to my tour.
All the amenities! Swimming pool, club house, business center, 2 story fitness center! All well maintained. The office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Love calling this place home.
I moved my family here for the schools, but we stay for the staff and amenities!
I have lived here since the property opened. There have been several changes, not all for the best, but I won't be going anywhere anytime soon. My apartment is so cozy, the staff is so attentive, and I love my neighbors!
I recently moved into Satori Frisco and love it here! Conveniently located in Frisco, TX and the best deal I could find in this area. Definitely recommend checking this place out.
I was blown away with their customer service. They made my moving experience awesome. I would definitely recommend this community.
I moved in last February, right after the storm! The staff was amazing making sure that our home was still ready to go and that we had hot water! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home.
I recently toured this community and the staff was so friendly! The fitness center is 2 stories and smells awesome, not like a sweaty gym! They are definitely in my top 3!
