Atworth

I love it here at Atworth! Everyone is friendly and the apartment layout is very nice! There’s lots of cabinet space and the bathrooms are very large! I feel like I am at a fancy resort hotel!

MY & MY Families experience has been a most pleasant one and WE are so HAPPY that WE moved here and have been recommending it to everyone WE know trying to move!!!

Been here for a few months and I have Loved every second of it. The staff, the environment, the community. Plus the apartments are very nice and spacious. Any issues we had had always been resolved by the team and maintenance! Def recommend to those who want convenience and luxury

I enjoy the modern amenities of the apartment and the affordability. I’ve met nice neighbors who have become friends.

Atworth and its team members have been spectacular! They always have a open door and answer any questions and address any concerns. Very friendly and approachable staff! That makes for a even better community. No one wants to deal with a staff that act like they hate their job! And you do not have to worry about that here!

I would not recommend any prospective resident to live at ATWORTH! The staff are only here for a paycheck and they care less about the residence.

Since moving to Atworth, the staff have been extremely kind and compassionate. Living here provides me the peace and security I've been seeking in my rental, in addition to ease of access to public transportation. The gym, pool, and community rooms are a bonus! As a young professional, Atworth is ideal for me.

This apartment is too good to be true. Yes, it looks nice and everything but the noise level is crazy and when you talk to the leasing about it nothing gets done. The parking garage fee is $75 for some residents, and I pay $225 for one car per month, making it makes sense why the inconsistency. The leasing staff is horrible very strict to the core, they are nice to you but once you sign that lease just no you won't be getting help with anything. There are so many inconsistencies with them. And you might kiss it goodbye because you won't get it trust me, they will make you run around with no help. I regard moving this apartment, people are okay with all this mess but at the end of the day, you are the one paying for this trashy apartment. Find somewhere consistent, READ YALL LEASE BEFORE SIGNING IT!!!!

The apartment environment is great. Clean room, great location, good utility, and etc. However, the leasing office definitely needs some improvement in terms of professionalism. I have heard from many of the residents that dealing with the leasing office was a very unpleasant experience.

One way to enhance our community living experience would be to encourage consideration and respect for all residents, particularly when it comes to noise levels in shared spaces like the community yards. Reminding everyone of the importance of keeping music at a lower volume could help create a more peaceful environment for all.

I recently moved in and love the community. Great amenities, walking distance to cute areas, and access to the metro and bus station behind the property make it easy to get to places such as DC. Brandon and Kimberly even stayed late to help me and my roommate move. The only thing I will say is that USPS does not ship here and the address is not registered on some services, but other than that it's a great property.

Atworth is a nice place to live with great amenities. Also, in the few encounters I've had, neighbors have been friendly. The community has a positive atmosphere so far, which is great for me and my daughter.

If you have your affairs in order, Atworth is a great place to live. Building is secluded and quiet, but young and vibrant. Lots of promise in the surrounding area.

My experience at Atworth has been a positive experience since I first visited the community for a tour. My application and move in process was simple and smooth. Since moving into my unit, it has been very quiet and peaceful. Navigating and learning the building is a bit challenging but becoming easier over time. The leasing staff are amazing and are always welcoming. As this community grows, I hope that my experience continues to grow and only become better.

Atworth is a nice place to call home. There is just one thing that is missing. I know that we will get the mail soon, but don’t move people in without being able to receive mail. I tried changing my address but Atworth address is not verified anywhere.

Wanted to give a review For Atworth apartments in College park. The Apartment management/staff are so professional, and patient and reach out in a timely manner book your appointment for your tour on their website and a separate appointment to fill out an application which can be an hour long but if you print it and have everything filled out which is what my family did it took 9 mins. Their are many ppl applying and this will make your life easy and theirs .Be patient also since this is an entire new building that is available for leasing now however it's obvious they have a lot of ppl applying and they have projects they are working on. The tour was amazing I was able to tour with Jenny first then with Samantha, and Krystal because my mother and sister both had to see the apartments these ladies where wonderful so kind and seemed so happy to see us enjoying the tour almost as if they were excited for us to get this apartment. Tyonna was kind and kept us informed of any documents we needed. The head manager seem very friendly and smiled very genuinely when I had to drop the documents off.They showed us all the apartments amenities. Everything is sophisticated brand new, apartments in different floor plans , new washing machine and dryer, new microwave, and dishwasher with electric stove and plenty of modern sophisticated new modern cabinets,gym, pool with cabanas, 2 club rooms, roof top, cooking grills on the outside different styles of apartments so you can choose your preference. It’s bougie and we loved every second of it. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's about 5 mins drive, there is also a metro, across the street, Maryland university for college students, the neighborhood is pretty peaceful, its college park they have a lot nearby and they also do have garage parking and more. We submitted our application and just waiting to hear back if it’s God’s will it will be ours.

I had the opportunity to interact with a few of their leasing agents and all of them were so wonderful and helpful. They helped my family and I with any questions we had, contacted us to keep us updated on our application, and gave us a tour of many beautiful floor plans with different views. There’s diversity in the options and definitely a lot to love. The building also has great amenities like a 24 hour gym and yoga room, in unit laundry, all new appliances (electric stoves; actually everything is brand new), lots of cabinets in the kitchens, a pool, grilling areas, a rooftop and ground floor garden (with bamboo? It looks so nice), two clubhouses, bike and car parking, a package room, and if you’re a student like me they also have study rooms which I thought was really cute! You can tell they put a lot of thought into making everyone feel at home here and give people some sunny and necessary areas (gym!) right at home. Loveeee itt.
