Property Ratings at Atlantic Station
I have been living at Atlantic Station for almost two years now and I’m extremely happy with the cleanliness of the building. The staff is super friendly, concierge is always kind, very helpful and personable. The leasing staff is amazing. The events are beautiful. It’s located in one of the best parts of town and what I love is the proximity to the train station. If you have to commute to the NYC, this is by far the best high-rise to live in on the downtown side of Stamford. The only downside is the walls are a little bit thin, so you do have to be very considerate of your neighbor. That is the only downside. Other than that, super great place to call home!

I'd be happy to leave a positive review once I get the above addressed and also feel that this isn't a regular pattern. Like I said, I really like the building, staff, concierge etc. Jay, in particular, was fantastic. Even maintenance was great to interact with and helpful when they came. But I'm just shocked as to how many issues I've experienced within days of moving in. Most were addressed thanks to Jay. But tonight the heating system has also stopped functioning. And again, these have barely been used by us since we just moved in.

The best living experience, building and location in Stamford
I just moved in. My entire experience from the start has been exceptional. David helped me through my tour, was extremely responsive, professional and empathetic. He executed the leasing paperwork and coordinated my move in to make it seamless and as easy as possible. Since my arrival every interaction with the team of the Atlantic has been professional, personal and positive. I am grateful for the care and kindness provided and couldn’t be happier about my choice to live here.
You can find everything you need for comfortable, luxurious, stunning home in which you can enjoy with loved ones at Atlantic Station. Top notch in every way.
Atlantic Station is a great location because it's close to the highway, main street and the train station. It also has great amenities.
My husband and I just moved to Atlantic Station from Brooklyn and we were so nervous about the transition, but the community has exceeded our expectations! First, David is so incredibly friendly and informative - he really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great move-in and overall living experience here. He alone is enough to make you want to live here. The community is absolutely amazing as well; the gym is well-equipped and very clean, there are plenty of elevators so it never takes too long to get where you need to go, the building is very well-kept, and the community events and sparkling water and coffee stations are added bonuses. The location is also perfect - you are within a 7 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to both Summer/Bedford Streets and Harbor Point. I couldn’t recommend living here more!
The apartment units and amenity rooms are very well-kept and modern. The staff are professional. The Atlantic Station building is also conveniently located in that it is less than a 10 minute walk away from downtown Stamford and that it is also very close to the train station (~5 minute walk). Would recommend Atlantic Station!
I moved here two months ago, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. The staff and maintenance personnel are so incredibly helpful and friendly and very responsive. Every area of the building is impeccable and clean. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I love the neighborhood and that it’s one block from the train station as I’m always in and out of the city. I feel this is the best part of the downtown area, as it is not as noisy and not as congested with traffic. I am on the 21st floor and the view is absolutely beautiful.
Great building- very well cared for and sized clean. Staff is very sweet and helpful. We have never had any issues this far. Maintenance is excellent. Love being able to walk to downtown and Metro North. Recommend!
Mike in the leasing office handled my rental inquiry immediately and efficiently. He was there to answer all of my questions, show me several apartments in both towers and walked me through the application process. I was able to apply and be approved within 24 hours. Move-in day went smooth, as he showed me all of the resident apps and did a walk-through before move-in. The rest of the leasing staff and concierge have been nothing but helpful and polite. Maintenance is highly responsive. I love the fact that I can walk to the train, as I’m always in New York City and still have a short walk to the heart of downtown. The parking garage is great and the building is extremely clean. This property is a class act. Highly recommend.

The moment I walked through the door, Vince took me right away to meet Jason, the GM…he immediately put me in Mike’s hands and in the very same day we had a signed lease and keys in my hands! They make things happen! They genuinely care and make you feel important and like you’re really at home! My unit is beautiful and so are the amenities. I’m so close to the train and can walk to the mall and a few blocks from the heart of downtown. They have so many events where you really get to know your neighbors and feel like you’re part of a community. The place is so quiet and peaceful. I haven’t heard a voice, a tv, a footstep. I’m so glad I’m here and see myself staying here for years to come!

Me and my husband have looked in most buildings in Stamford , it has been a headache and we never felt like it was home. Overall the building has a lot to offer. And due to the location a lot of things are probably overlooked. However there are some areas that need improvement. Communication, consistency and attention to detail lack here.

I would have given 2 Stars, but the building itself is beautiful, as are the apartments. And the location is perfect. Unfortunately, there is dog pee and dog poo, and cigarette butts at the entrances and exits on a daily basis. There is a reduced cleaning staff during the day and no cleaning staff on duty after 5pm. If a dog has an "accident" in the elevator at 5:05pm, it will be there until the next morning. There is no maintenance staff on duty after 5pm or on weekends. You are directed to call the "emergency maintenance hotline". No one will come until the next day, and if the issue occurs on a weekend, no one will come until Monday. There are rules about cleaning up after dogs, not smoking at entrances, etc., but they are not enforced. The concierges are friendly and helpful, but they do not work for Greystar, and can only pass along your comments. Management is unhelpful, unfriendly and seemingly deaf to these issues.

If you see any pet accidents after hours, there is 24/7 concierge with cleaning supplies and while they do rounds and clean up with they see, they can’t be everywhere. When I moved in, I thought Atlantic Station was the most incredible building with the best services. Its still very nice, and conveniently located, with some very courteous and hardworking staff. However, some of the perks residents enjoyed in the past arent available anymore. After my first year, AS dropped the Alfred butler service and replaced with RXO app (for cleaning and maintenance) and TULU (for on-site rentals/small purchases). These are nice to have, but nowhere near as useful as the personal shopper, complimentary cleaning, house sitting and more that we had before. It all seemed to good to be true, and I guess it was. With large annual rent increases, Im questioning if the amenities/services here still justify the premium I pay to live at AS.

Ive enjoyed my year at Atlantic Station. The people who work here really strive for excellence and have made me feel at home. The space and amenities are top quality, which makes staying home for a year a lot more enjoyable. The Alfred service is a true luxury and I never want to live without it again.

I've lived in six different apartment buildings in Stamford and AS is hands down the best. When we wanted to upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 due to WFH, they found us a two bedroom and let us transfer the remaining of our lease to a new lease without any fees or difficulty. The front desk staff makes me smile each and every day. They are so kind and true professionals. And the amenities are unmatched. We have an indoor pool, full gym with Peloton bike, and Hello Alfred. In the height of the pandemic our Alfred Team worked so hard to grocery shop for us and it was greatly appreciated. To top it all off, we have a gorgeous view of downtown Stamford and we’re within walking distance to all our favorite places. Thanks AS for making us always feel at home.

Beautiful, modern building in a great location. My apartment is quiet and has a great view. The staff is exceptional and responsive to every need. The amenities (pool, gym, etc.) are wonderful and almost never crowded. Too bad the courtyard and outside entrance and exit have become a resident ashtray and dog poop and dog pee field. And the Dogtopia blow-up dog has ruined the curb appeal of this otherwise "sophisticated haven".

It's the closest building to the Stamford train station.
The Atlantic Station Staff priority is keeping the tenants safe and satisfied.
Other than this specific maintenance request, our experience at Atlantic Station has been phenomenal. Great facilities, wonderful staff, and beautiful living environment
I enjoy living here and the amenities are wonderful, I wish there were more spaces for pets since there are so many living in the building without any open space for them.
Moving to Atlantic Station has been the best decision we had made
I have been living at Atlantic Station for about 3-4 weeks and so far the experience has been great. Our work orders have been completed in a timely manner and all of the staff has been very friendly. I look forward to the rest of our time here in the Atlantic Station community.
