Touring Astra Tower has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in it felt different in the best way. The team is warm, responsive, and I can tell they truly care about the residents..The amenities are top of the line. The gym is spotless and well equipped, the rooftop views are incredible, and the co-working spaces are perfect for working from home. I was blown away by how beautiful and functional the shared spaces are. Inside the apartment, the natural light is amazing and the finishes feel high-end. The kitchen is so spacious, the bathrooms are modern, and everything just feels well thought out. It also feels very safe here, which is a big factor in my decision. Just wow! I went to view the penthouse and the two bedroom corner unit and was blown away by the views of the mountains. Plus, the team was so warm And welcoming. Can’t wait to move in.

I do no recommend Astra and do think its fair future applicants know the major issues this building and the current experience residents are having through honest reviews by a current tenant.

This property embodies the meaning of luxury apartments. I found the location and the view breathtaking, with the interior design very pleasing to the eyes. The management team was extremely helpful in answering any and all questions I had regarding the property and move in requirements. Stephanie was very friendly and assisted my wife and I every step of the way. We have lived in several states in past, and usually do not often find friendly staff who actually make the experience worthwhile. She actually made eye contact with us when speaking to us, which I must say is rare these days. Stephanie has a genuine friendliness about her that was very refreshing to us. We are looking forward to our current lease ending at our current residence and making Astra Towers our new home. Thank you for the experience Stephanie!

Went it for a tour and there were many things off. The amenities were not even open, but they have a high amenities fee. There were floodings in multiple areas that made the place smell like sewer water. The garage entrance looks like there will be many car accidents happening. I liked the unit itself but the lack of knowledge from the staff and high prices are hurting this property.

This is the great location for a primary residence or second home! I am minutes from 7 major ski areas, many mountain bike trails, many college and professional sporting events and unlimited dining options. As a second home for me it is a place, I am excited to return to on a regular basis.

Astra tower, while still under development, has been amazing to live at as an early resident. The 24/7 staff is amazing, and the build quality of each apartment is stellar. Between staff, future amenities, and location you cannot beat Astra tower for premium / Luxury apartment living in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.

We moved from DC all the way to SLC and are looking forward to August when we can move into our new apartment. The staff has already been so helping with everything so far and we are looking forward to living there for the foreseeable future!
