My experience at Ascent Victory Park has been disappointing. While the property itself looks nice, safety is a serious concern. My car was stolen from the garage, and management showed no empathy or urgency in addressing it. For the rent being charged, residents should feel secure and supported, not ignored. Until management invests in real safety measures and takes resident concerns seriously, I cannot recommend living here.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living here! As empty nesters establishing our "new" lifestyle, it has everything we were looking for -- a walkable lively neighborhood, top notch security, fantastic amenities, and a building that doesn't feel like a frat house. We have lived here a little over a week and we cannot stop raving about the place. Every time we turn the corner we have something positive to say. Everyone, including staff and residents, are so helpful and kind. Everything is so clean and well kept. It's such a great place to live!

The Ascent Victory Park has been great! I moved in earlier this month and the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. I was initially worried about traffic and some of the negative reviews but the staff was able to answer all my questions. So far, traffic hasn’t been bad, and during game days, traffic is directed effectively (although can be annoying if you’re in a hurry but planning ahead is no issue.) But you can’t beat the location and views and the coziness of the Ascent. The warmth of the interior and layouts is not like any other high rise I’ve toured. Feels homey.

Just moved in, not really sure my experience yet, but so far so good, everyone is nice, what I dont like is that roads get blocked during game nights/events which makes it difficult for me and my quest to get here, but everything is walking distance so thats good.

My boyfriend and I have been here for about two weeks and so far we love this place. The residents and staff are so friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite parts about living here is just how safe it is. You have to have your fob to get anywhere which makes me feel super comfortable! The pool is fantastic, the amenities are amazing, the interior finish is gorgeous, the appliances are state of the art - we really enjoy it so far. I would say our only complaint was when we first moved in. Our shower was broken and we had a few issues with drawers, but maintenance was very prompt to fix those for us! We were a bit skeptical moving in during a pandemic because we had to basically sign a blind lease not knowing what we were getting into, but we made the right decision going with the Ascent. This place is fabulous and I feel like I am living in a hotel. I might also add that there are a LOT of dogs here, which I don't mind at all. I would say at least half of the residents have a dog so if you're allergic or afraid of dogs, this might not be your best fit. Also, most everyone here is mid twenties to thirties. Overall, we are very pleased and happy to be here.

The maintenance staff is extremely prompt and knowledgeable on every maintenance issue. Desmond is always friendly and smiling . As many work orders I have put in no matter how minute to most people they are, he has always been happy to repair !

I was in shock at seeing everything that was provided at Ascent Victory Park. I was relocated to Dallas from work and had almost no idea what to expect. The VR golf, pool table, poker room, outdoor pool, lounges, etc. is all incredible.

I work in the multifamily development industry (not for Greystar), so my standards are very high. That being said, I've been incredibly impressed with Greystar; this is the first time I've lived in one of their buildings. The Ascent staff is friendly, professional and responsive. The building is sparking clean, and I always seeing the cleaning team around the building working hard to keep it that way. The amenities blew my husband and I away during our tour with Kayla (i.e. cabanas with flat screen TV's at the pool). Most importantly for me, I work from home when I'm not travelling for work, and there are multiple areas to work from, both open and private options. Our unit was in perfect condition upon move-in, has incredible storage overall, a full-size W/D room with storage and hanging space, and general unique touches that I have not seen in many apartments (i.e. wine fridge in the kitchen, storage area at entrance with hooks for coats/bags/keys and shelving for shoes, glass shower with stone flooring in guest bathroom). Our unit faces the American Airlines Center, and we were wondering how sound would be with all the floor to ceiling windows in our unit - they must be double-paned because we can't hear anything when there is a game. We couldn't be happier living here. I'm already sad we only signed a 12 month lease! We hope to stay awhile :)
I recently relocated from Chicago and was delayed several weeks due to my company, the leasing team her was able to shift around move in dates as needed without any issues. It was a very smooth transition to Dallas.
Ascent Victory Park is not only a perfect place to live but the staff it very kind and helpful in a timely manner. I appreciate how hard the staff works to keep everything clean.
