I really love the apartment! I love how peaceful it is, and the amenities as well. There can be improvement on being able to get through to the leasing office via phone, and I do feel like I was kind of misled by the concessions/specials when touring the property. I would also love for this property to eventually get gates. It will add another level a security to the community.
It’s been a great experience living here the staff are spot on and always eager and willing to help. The residents are nice and friendly and the staff are always doing something to show their appreciation of us.
I love the area, the enmities, and the trash pick up I literally have no complaints! From the front office, Tracy has been phenomenal and consistent.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The team in the leasing office is always welcoming, genuinely kind, and quick to help with any request—large or small. Their professionalism and warm attitude make this community feel like home. God bless them!
I just moved in on April 30th and so far it was a very easy move. The leasing staff (Kate, Tracee, and Chance) have been very helpful with making sure I had every thing that I needed. The apartments are beautiful and it's very quiet and neighbors are working class and friendly. I pray that it stay this way! If I was to comment on anything it would be that being that it's a newly built apartments there should be cleaner hallways, gym, apartment grounds, and pool area. I don't think that you should see as much litter or trash around the grounds as you do. Other than that
I had a wonderful experience throughout the leasing process. Tracee and Kate were very helpful. The community is very nice and clean. There is also a pickleball court which is great

I love living at Ventanna Lakes! The amenities are great and so are my neighbors. My apartment and garage are perfect! The team in the office are amazing and responsive.
Amazing ?? we’ve lived here for almost a year and we love it! They are fast with maintenance if needed. They have food trucks from time to time. They have a coffee bar. The gym and bathroom is always clean and the pool!
Nice place to live. Apartment has new appliances, granite countertops and looks modern. I love the amenities such as the gym and the resort style pool. Maintenance engineers are quick to respond for any issues. Office staff is also very helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good place to live in Katy
I love my apartment!! It’s very clean !! Quit ! When my son come over he injoys the pool !! Garbage people are always on time !! I love that ! At first there was a lot of dog poop everywhere but know it’s a lot better
Me and my husband love our apartment! The property stays clean! The pool is cleaned often. It’s beautiful and peaceful here. The walls aren’t super thin so we aren’t disturbed with whatever our neighbors may have going on.
Ascend Ventana is very Quiet and peaceful. I will be renewing my lease. The front staff is also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend ascend Ventana to anyone considering.
Tracee and Stacy has been amazing since day one! They are extremely kind and professional. I love my new home. They have great amenities and close to major highways.

Great experience so far and is pleased with my apartment. It's near Paetow HS which is convenient for my son. I'm the only person who have lived in my apartment and enjoy the fact that I am the first to move in. I'm very excited to have a washer and dryer that comes with my apartment. My water bill is inexpensive and I'm able to compare the decrease in my electric bill from my previous home. This place is cozy and definitely feels like home. There is plenty of parking for my vehicles and I decided against a car port and garage. I had a garage at my last location and never used it so I did get one this time.

Great place to live. Very quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. There are plenty of walking paths in the area. The complex is well kept. Service request are handled within a reasonable time frame. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Love the events offered to the residents and looking forward to seeing what is next. Great apartments. Been here for about 9m. Have not had any major issues. Floors do lift but I put in service request and they usually come next day. Never had a issue with the staff. Application was quick and easy. Gym works nothing broken. I do not like they do not have a gate but I knew that when I leased. We usually have police sit in the apartments until they need to answer a call (nothing to do with safety). I would recommend for someone looking for an apartment.

It’s very nice and realatively quiet. Much better since the upstairs tenants have quiet down.I barely see anyone because their seems to be only 4 tenants on my floor. I like the setup. It’s clean so that’s a plus.

Nice, attentive office and maintenance staff! So far I’ve been here for four months and no issues or complaints. Residents weren’t abiding by the rules for pet waste. However, the office staff was diligent about informing the residents of the penalties for not removing waste properly.

Overall, my experience living in this apartment has been pretty positive. The atmosphere is quiet and feels homely, making it one of the coziest places I’ve lived in. I do wish the complex had gated access for added security, especially after my car was stolen and later recovered. Despite that incident, I’d still rate my experience here a solid 7 out of 10.

Moving in during the holidays was challenging but working with the leasing staff was wonderful. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly. I met one neighbor on move in day that lend a hand with the heavy items. Thank you so much T. One other thing I do love about the Ascend community is the trash valet. It is very cold out right now but someone comes and take out the trash.

So far so good. Something I do not like is how thin the walls are as I can hear my neighbors every move. I live on the third floor and can literally hear when the garages on the first floor open and close. I've had specific banking/accounting questions regarding my lease/account and constantly get the run around from the leasing agents for months, still no response. Other than that, I love my apartment.

I love it here ..very nice and peaceful..the office staff are very nice and very helpful..I like that the office feeds the community from time to time.

Beautiful community with 24 hour amenities and spacious apartments. The leasing consultants are super helpful and friendly. They always listen to and address issues in a timely manner
