This is a beautiful community with great amenities, but unfortunately, my experience has been negatively impacted by my upstairs neighbors. They have a large dog, and aside from excessive noise, the dog has urinated on the balcony, causing the mess to spill onto our floor. While the apartments themselves are well-designed, they are not soundproof, which made it difficult to manage the noise issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation—including involving authorities—there was no solution, leaving us with no choice but to move out. This is deeply frustrating, as we truly wanted to stay, especially since my son is attending a fantastic school nearby. I hope management considers stricter policies regarding large pets and noise levels to ensure a better living experience for future tenants.

The area around here is currently under construction, which causes traffic congestion, but it's safe neighborhood and is expected to develop in the future. During warmer seasons, you can enjoy the pool, where you can relax and sunbathe while letting kids play. There's also a small gym available for light exercise. The availability of a free space is convenient too, as it allows you to change your environment when you feel overwhelmed working or studying at home. However, there are a few issues, such as the restroom outlets not working (I plan to apply for this to be fixed) and the high celling making it difficult to clean the ventilation fan.

This is new community and apartments are brand new. There is not enuf play zones for the kids. Lanai was open earlier for the small gathering which was closed later and accessible only during the office hours.

I’ve been living at Ascend at the Fount for over a year, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The community offers great amenities, including a pool, gym, barbecue areas, park, dog park, making it a well-rounded place to live. The apartment itself is modern and comfortable, with decent space and good maintenance. The management team is responsive for the most part, and common areas are kept clean. The neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A few minor areas for improvement could be [mention any specific concerns if any, e.g., parking, noise, maintenance delays, etc.], but nothing that significantly affects the overall living experience. The community is nice and we've enjoyed living here. The front office staff is professional and responsive. Just know the walls are VERY thin. I have lived in enough apartments to know to live only on the top floor, and yet we still hear the neighbors walking around BELOW us. It's to be expected when living in a complex built by D.R. Horton, but still... living below a noisy neighbor here would be a nightmare.

beautiful brand new apartments..the only thing I could really say is there needs to be more parking, the gym is nice with essential machines, the office workers are nice!!

Great leasing team. Without Jessica & Brandon it wouldn’t have been possible to move into this community. There are a few issues with the new apartment but they are all being handled by the leasing team.

It is super quiet, the neighbors are well behaved and the hallways of the buildings are clean. The people at reception always try to find quick solutions if any problem arises.

It’s a new construction and all the houses have the new appliance's and it’s very clean. Leasing professionals Jessica / Melissa / Branden are very kind and responsive.

Easy transition. Virtual view looks exactly like apartment. Office staff is nice. Valet trash pickup is a plus. Overall the experience was great.

Good new apart complex, with a pool, playgrounds, barbecue areas. Location is very comfortable, a lot of shops, coffee spots, drugstores in 2-3 miles range. Maintenance good, staff friendly
