Property Ratings at Artist Walk Apartments
They do not care about the tenants. No cleaning for the community, no maintenance, or any kind of support once you move -in. Trash is everywhere. You won’t feel safe walking around. Their parking lot is full of homeless and drug dealers.

Pros: 1. Good restaurants around and close to the highway. Pretty central to grocery stores and public transportation 2. The two ladies in the leasing office are awesome. A pleasure to talk to and work with you when there are issues. 3. Our apartment was modern and well kept. 4. Ace Hardware next door. Cons: 1. The train nearby is VERY LOUD. Good luck if you WFH. 2. Parking sucks. It's very busy, as it is a shared lot with the businesses. Although you have an assigned space, getting in and out is tiresome and annoying with the traffic. 3. The cameras monitoring the parking lot, for the most part, do not work. My vehicle was broken into and it was parked right under the camera - no luck as the camera(s) don't work. Luckily, the police ended up catching the person 4. The fire alarm always seemed to malfunction and took days to fix. It seemed to be a reoccurring problem. Not sure how/why this is still a problem. 5. Valet trash - You will get CHARGED if you leave your trash can out!! Several times I was traveling for work and could not leave the can out and grab it when I returned. Their advice? Walk the trash to the dumpster and throw it out. Well, when you do this several times a month, paying for valet trash is not worth it and guess what, still have to pay for it. 6. Was not the safest place while living there - Had to call police or saw police respond to events by the dumpsters on premises. For example, folks going in and out of the dumpster building, doing other activites, etc. and cops responding. And like I said before, cameras don't work. At least when we lived there. Overall, the property is ok. There are cons above that are out of their control (e.g. busy area, the train), but it is somthing to keep in mind as a renter.

Artist Walk Apartments is clean, well managed, and is located in a centralize location. This is the best apartment complex in the area.

Friendly staff who always make you feel like you are a priority to them and not just a number
We have mostly had a good experience living here over the last 1.5 years. Here are some things to consider though - 1) The fire alarm systems are a mess. Once there is a glitch in the system, the alarm goes off several times during the day and at night and it takes the management several DAYS to fix the problem. If you have kids, this is not the place for you. 2) If you own two cars, good luck finding parking for the second car. 3) There is an actual FEE for not removing empty valet trash cans from outside your apartment by a particular time (and yet no concession on extremely noisy days when their fire alarm misbehaves and no one fixes it). Overall a decent place, but you need to make note of the above points.
1. Quality of the construction. 2. A bit smart home technology. 3. Very good security system. 4. Poor move in orientation.
Apartment is nice with all amenities such as Fiber, Washer/dryer, air conditioning and modern style kitchen and appliances. Leasing office is friendly and easy to talk to, onsite engineering is friendly and approachable. Community is surrounded by homeless, junkies, theft and rising gun violence.

The office and maintenance staff are great! They are always so friendly and helpful. Even during a pandemic everyone has a smile on their face any time Ive seen them. Thank you for all that you guys do for us!

this place is fantastic. it's beautiful, family friendly. around the area is nice and quite . very clean. Front desk staff is very nice, friendly and works with you . must try to come in and give it a look.
Such a gorgeous place...close to the Fremont Hub, everything is new, the gym and pool/spa area are clean and beautiful. I really enjoy living here.
I moved to artist walk 3 months back and it's an awesome experience. Amenities (Community center, swimming pool, fire place ) are superb and leasing office staff is very friendly. Maintenance is quick and friendly. In Fremont area this is one of the best society to live-in.
