I’ve really enjoyed living at Arrive! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location is hard to beat—super convenient for getting around the city. If I had one suggestion, it would be to upgrade a few of the amenities. The gym could use a bit of a refresh, and it would be great to see more restaurants added to the shopping center downstairs rather than more furniture stores. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a solid place to call home.

The experience has taken the biggest u-turn that it could. Pipe burst on the floor above us and is being addressed 2.5 months later (basically kicking us out to do construction).

The front office staff is always a pleasure to work with when I've had any issues and they are very friendly and inviting. Maintenance here has been great, I have problems fixed very quickly and the crew is very talented and dedicated. The amenities are beautiful, the swimming pool is always kept clean with upgraded chairs, tables with umbrellas. The gym is well kept and has enough equipment for a full body workout. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The whole move in process from start to finish was smooth and pleasant. From choosing the right unit and completing the renting process with William to scheduling the freight elevator and learning about local amenities with Raymond. He made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth move in process including how to use the gates, where to locate everything I needed and even waited for me when I was running late with the movers. They made sure I felt comfortable about my decision to move in here and I’m very happy to be a resident at Arrive!

It was great but no one has come to fix my dryer and the fire alarm was a nuisance. However, I love this place, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

My leasing experience and move-in was smooth. I’m an information person, and every time I ask questions of my leasing agent William, Ray (events & concierge), and the office staff, I’m met with a smile and prompt, professional customer service. I turned on push notifications in the community app and email alerts to get routine property updates. Valet trash service is 5 days/wk, grounds and plants are well maintained, and contracted security officers patrol often throughout the day and evening. Noise is minimal for such a large property- once restaurants and businesses are closed, I don’t typically hear noise, neighbors included. The community social events Ray hosts are great for mingling at your own personal comfort level. The fitness and pool amenities are in great condition. Lastly, I’ve had positive, prompt maintenance service and pest control is spot on because I’ve had no sightings of pests in my unit or in the common areas since I arrived.

really love the pool, community, and events! just feel like there are certain workers here can be rude & have attitude a lot of times, which makes it hard to confront them with issues or get proper assistance from them.

The community and location are just amazing! There is a Whole Foods right next to the community that you can walk to and all other grocery stores like HEB and CostCo are just a 5 minute drive from the community.

We have enjoyed our time living at Arrive. The apartments are a great value because they are rather large. The maintenance team is also very prompt when responding to needs.
I enjoy living here. It’s very convenient, friendly, safe, and fun. The amenities are nice and I’m glad I made the decision to move here. Maintenance team works fast and completes tasks and the leasing office is very helpful. I didn’t realize how great of a location this was until I moved here. I’m not from the Houston area but had friends tell me it was a nice area. Now that I’m here I realize exactly what they were saying.

Location, Location, Location!!! You have everything you need within steps.. Restaurants, grocery stores, fitness facilities, nightlife! All this without even having to start your car! The community has great events for the residents and the staff is amazing!!

Leasing office was very professional and helpful with before and during moving time. The apartment complex is very clean and has a lot of nice and helpful amenities, and not to mention super close to a lot of stores and restaurants. And lastly, the apartment itself was very clean and definitely ready when moving in and visually bigger and nicer looking than on videos and pictures!

One of the best location, loved the community, the gym, the people and overall the commute time for major day-to-day things. Only concern is Elevator C is not functioning and its been 2 months now and it is causing a bit inconvenience.

Overall moving in was pretty easy. Haven’t been here long, but I have been enjoying it so far. Hallways are clean and don’t smell weird. Apartment was clean on move-in and management (Sheyla) has been responsive to questions. A few elevators are broken, but they have been communicative about it. Dog park could be cleaner - people don’t pick up after their dogs and sometimes it smells really bad. For units facing the street, the street noises (honking, sirens) come through but aren’t loud enough to be too annoying. Great area and location. Plenty of space in the parking garage.

People who work in office never acknowledge you. When it’s an event the food run out. Appliances need to be upgraded. Gates to garage and doors leading from garage into building are always broke or having problems. Fire alarm always going off
