Mostly good. I think people who smoke in their units ruin the experience because it goes into the hallways and other apartments. Outside of that, I’ve enjoyed the living experience.

I have had a great experience living at Arrive 2801 for the last 3 years. My only complaint is that the leasing office doesn’t answer the phone most times when you call. There have been times when I would call 2-3 times and no one would answer and I would immediately go downstairs and they’re all in the office. Very unprofessional. I would also like there to be more notice when the office is closing early or when they won’t be open for the day. I just don’t find notice right before they’re closing, or notice the morning of that the office won’t be open for the day to be an acceptable practice. Aside from this, I’ve had a positive experience thus far

Just moved in recently and I really like it so far! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the gym and other amenities are great. The only thing I’ve noticed though, is that the cleaning could be improved in common areas where everyone walks through, such as the elevators and hallways. Other than that, everything’s been great and I’m happy with the place!

Office staff is great. Concierge and Maintenance are very pleasant. Property is very clean in the common areas and outside. Rooftop gym and outside rooftop area is a great place day or night. Views of DC are a plus.

The apartment is beautiful and everyone was helpful. My only set back is we rented out the freight elevator and it was not working and there was no one to come fix it while were moving in.

older building but amazing staff that works with you . several issues were fix and though i think it could of been handle faster better late then never . fire alarm / broken elevators/ broken appliants
This is a clean and well-maintained community with a pleasant environment. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it an ideal place for long-term living. Residents take pride in keeping the area tidy, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
I live here for a year, and the apartment had roaches that would come out at night, they would crawl on me in my sleep a few times. The roach issue persisted even after an exterminator came to spray the unit. Additionally, utilities would frequently go out due to maintenance issues. So, at times I would have no electricity or water to shower or cook. The management team would hardly pick up the phone and would have a high turnover rate, so you’ll never see the same person more than twice. Lastly, fire alarms would go off in the mornings or at night, as you can imagine trying to get sleep for work or trying to sleep in during the weekend was sometimes impossible. Highly advise looking elsewhere for an apartment.
So far so good. Friendly neighbors. Management has been patient while going through the needs that we shared. Did say luxury apartment, but unsure if it meets that standard.
So far so good no complaints. Been here a couple of years. A lot of dogs here are super friendly to me. Always some monthly activities going on here.
The community is fine here. Most people are respectful and clean. You have some outliers that don’t understand how to clean after their pets, but that’s few and far between. The staff if really nice and extremely helpful. The only complaint is they can pay attention to fixing things faster, like the front double doors in one of the buildings which still just opens and is supposed to lock after a certain time permitting key access only.
Lost package, broken elevators, pool closed and why is AC something we have to wait for them to have switched on . Upstairs neighbor, poor chemical down my balcony while my 15 month old was outside
Nice community, layout, and people, but there are so many repetitive issues (roaches, elevator outages, false fire alarms, etc). I’ve had to put in so many work orders without even being here for a year yet. The maintenance people are always fast and friendly though.
My dishwashers pretty bad. But the roof and gym is a plus. Packaging is also not good. I had lots of issues about it. Location is also good. Grocery, gas station is so close.
Good day everyone Since I moved here at Arrive. My experience so far has been great. Everyone at the leasing office has been informative & helpful. Move in instructions were somewhat lacking - ex I wasn’t told where I could park or how to enter the garage or the hours for the package pickup. Also fire alarms have gone off multiple times today
I really do love my home. I have lived here over 9 years and made it my own. The location is perfect... convenient to the interstate but nestled away from the chaos. The Management Staff continuously improves the property. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and accommodating. I have NEVER experienced any pests in my apartment. The pest control measures are definitely working. The size of the apartment and balcony is great. I made a Peaceful Zen Garden on the balcony. It's the lack of respect of some of the residents that challenge the peaceful enjoyment of the property. My concerns continue to be the pet waste, overwhelming marijuana smell throughout the building, minimal security, my missing packages, motorcycle parking violators, excessive noise and the residents' lack of respect for those with no pets or children.
I love having all the events that there are here! I've never had issues that haven't been resolved quickly. I really enjoy the heads up we get about everything ahead of time. I also appreciate the responsiveness to issues at all times.
The move in was so easy and everyone was extremely helpful! I am still trying to learn my way around Alexandria, but Arrive 2801 provided me with a metro tour guide that greatly helped.
Big fan of the convenience store it’s like you don’t truly have to leave to get essential items. Also the game area is a nice quite location where you can enjoy some quality time and relax without being overwhelmed
Very helpful staff! Everyone has helped along the way and made sure we’ve had a smooth transition. The concierge staff especially have been helpful and made us feel welcome.
They are deleting reviews and paying for good ones. I am begging you for your health and safety live anywhere else. A slum is nice compared to this place. Fire alarms every five minutes (literally. They’re broken. I have an email of them telling me to ignore fire alarms. The fire dept doesn’t even come half the time anymore). No water several days a week. Frequent power outages. Roaches. Mold. Mice. Trapped Elevators. Constant Car Breakins. Teenagers breaking every light in the building. No security. Broken Doors and locks. Packages regularly lost or stolen by the desk. Fraudulent utility charges (They make up numbers and ignore the literal law requiring them to send you itemized bills. I was out of town for an entire month and got my highest utility bill ever). Double charging every resident for trash. Residents get trapped in the elevators multiple times a day. The boiler exploded, literally, an explosion like a bomb. Gas leaks and all.
Since we just move in here less than a week ago, I will say so far so good. The building is clean, have many elevators, barbecue place, gym and many more things to enjoy.
Everything such as maintenance, apartment facilities, amenities and contact of your personal in your community are okay, I am calm and happy that I live here, I wish more success for Arrive team
Staff is 5/5 Apt 3/5 ( some things are broken and currently being replace and my shower is either super hot or cold Fire alarm 3 times in 1 month is 0/5 especially the one at midnight
Love all of the amenities so far. Maintenance guys are very pleasant. Office staff is always available and the Concierge staff are very welcoming. Hallways are always clean and I am very happy with my choice to Arrive at 2801.
Fire Alarm go off often. The Garage is usually the location. People don't take them lightly. Other than that, the community looks and feel good.

Too many issues with this building. Fire alarms have been a problem for 6 months . The last went off a few nights ago at 1240 am. Just read reviews and everything you see is true .
Apartments look pretty from the outside however, the build quality is really poor. There are lot of issues with community and apartment itself. Fire alarm going off at random times, roaches and ant problems, hot water issues, cooling issues to name few.
Staff was nice but lacked communication Lack communication and missed our virtual tour . Phone calls to the office during office hours are useless. They won’t pick up . Staff in person was friendly.
The Apt complex itself it nice but our unit needs a bit of work . Shower is ice cold or burning . Every outlet is crooked. Other then that all things are well

Honestly the pictures online makes it look way better than in person. For people who don’t have time to actually stop by before signing, you should have someone else do a tour. Popcorn ceilings and everything is old other than the appliances which are up to date. It for sure has potential but it would take a great deal of work.
I've been living at Arrive 2801 Apartments for the past six months, and overall, it's been a great experience. The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with stylish interiors and spacious units. The layout of the apartments is fantastic, with plenty of natural light and high-end finishes, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows in my unit have been a favorite feature—they really open up the space.
I would like to use business center, but its condition is not good. (temperature controller has not been working, mouse issue, Wi-Fi issue).
It has been so far, almost a year in, everyone in management, maintenance and the community os very kind and polite. The amenities are great and make it all the better.

My resident experience has been wonderful. Besides minor discrepancies like fire alarm testing and/or water shut offs, I have no other complaints. Hallways, garbage areas, lounge area, & the gym area is always cleaned. The maintenance team are always quick to respond to any repairs within the household as well.
Infested with bugs, roaches and ants. Everyday there is some kind of issues going around the community like no hot water, not water, no electricity, random fire alarms in middle of night and more.
Nice location and gym Close to 95 highway and good amenities in the gym.
I love the apt but I cannot stand the smell of trash that is lingering on every floor. I haven’t even been here a week and I already regret moving here.
Such a unique experience. Many issues this year as a first time tenant. Not sure if this is the norm here but hopefully this is just temporary.
