The amenities are excellent and the staff has been great at helping with whatever we have needed. The clubhouse has a coffee machine which is a nice addition. We have met a lot of our neighbors by the coffee machine!

The maintenance staff is amazing. We had a leak from the ceiling in our shower over Thanksgiving and we had a fast response. The office staff is nice, but when I make a complaint about the gym equipment being broken, and it has been for 7 months, they do not get it repaired, All I get is they someone was supposed to show up two weeks ago.

The apartments here at Arlo are beautiful on the inside and so far I’ve enjoyed quiet neighbors. The issues I have involve a lack of storage space in the master closet and both bathrooms. There’s not adequate space even for towel storage. The parking here is atrocious. Too many occupied “pay for parking” spots in my building.

Arlo apartment homes is located in great location but has many issues. Security gates work poorly, gym equipment is in poor condition, carpeting inside apartments has been replaced with laminate flooring which amplifies the noise from the upstairs neighbor. The ceiling vibrates when they walk across the floor. Something to consider when justifying the price of rent.

I’ve been a resident here for 3 years! The community is safe, well maintained and very resident-friendly with weekly food trucks and resident social events! The staff are very friendly and helpful when needed! The only negative would be parking. The spots are difficult to find as the night goes on! But overall Arlo is an excellent apartment community!

Our residence experience in Arlo community is excellent. All freeways access are nearby. All grocery stores, Hospitals are within five miles.

I’ve decided to renew my lease for a second year. I love the maintenance team and how fast they work. It’s peaceful for the most part and I always feel safe. The good definitely outweighs the bad here.

To make this place worth renting, the rent would need to be reduced by several hundred dollars. Labelled as luxury apartments but far from it.
One year in. I used to love this place. Recently it has just become noisy at all hours. Neighbors stomp & speak very loudly on their cell phones outside to the level that it can be heard inside another’s unit. Staff never listens to complaints, they say they’ll address the issue but never do. You’re told covered parking costs extra, fine. So you pay extra to not be inconvenienced by not having a parking place and you’re still inconvenienced because others park in the parking space that you pay to have. Staff doesn’t listen to these complaints either and puts a towing hold the Tow Company so you may have to park on the other end of the complex and walk half a mile in the dark to have parking if there even is any there although you pay extra to avoid this. The units themselves are nice, but very overpriced comparatively.
Safe neighborhood, closer to 430 south and 430 north freeway. All major shopping stores are within 5 miles. Best thing Starbucks is near. All Arlo staff are great.
Hard flooring throughout is a plus. Record keeping is not a strong suit of the management company as they repeatedly had to ask who was occupying which garage via signs posted on each garage. Poor construction led to leaks that had to be managed. Would not be inclined to rent here again, and did not renew lease.
I would like to express several things that are disappointing about Arlo Luxury apartments. Our property has not had any landscaping (mowing, dead plant/tree removal, etc). I have only seen one service this entire spring! The property is very unkept. There is always trash near the parking spaces, in the grassy beds near patios, walkways, and stairwell. Either the property residents enjoy littering or perhaps management should do daily maintenance to ensure cleanliness of the grounds. Some buildings are worse than others. There has been an old mattress in the garbage receptacle for months. It was outside, the best that was done is to pull it inside the trash bin. How hard would it be to remove the mattress? I'm not sure if other residents care about the appearance of the property but I do. Tenants pay a lot of rent to reside here. Arlo's rent is comparable to all the other properties on Bowman, and those properties are immaculate and well maintained. Please remove "luxury".
I love my apartment! Very spacious and has everything I need. I love the columns most of all and the updated appliances/modern design. This place is great!
Been a smooth transition with a very kind and helpful staff that has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The apartments are a true hidden gem in the area.
I really enjoy living here. It’s so luxury. Everything is well taken care of. The amenities. Are amazing. I can’t wait to book the movie room for family night. The pool and outdoor part is so cozy looking.
Nice apartments and friendly, professional staff, but the upkeep sometimes lacks. Especially for what you pay in rent. Ex. not properly fixing gym equipment, not cleaning the gym, running out of consumables in shared bathrooms, etc.
Great experience with fun filled weekly activities . Arlo teams are very responsive and provide solutions to any issues very efficiently. Great place to live.
I've been a resident at this apartment community for 3 years weathering many changes. These last few months with new management have been awesome. Jerrika and Debbie are the best when it comes to taking care of their residents. Looking forward to the many more community upgrades and updates to come.

We love living here. The new staff are great and very helpful. The renovated clubhouse is just gorgeous, and they are having some really cool events for us.

I love all the amenities offered and the apartment is luxurious and functional, but I really love the responsiveness of their maintenance man, Jan, who is super accommodating and quick, and Leslie, the assistant property manager who has been there since I moved in and is very pleasant and always available to hear you out.

Do not spend your hard earned money. New management does not care about the residents. They are just here for the money. First, they pick and choose which car they are going to tow. They’ve towed my boyfriend’s car twice because it wasn’t in a decent parking spot. Yet, they know there is not enough spots to go around. Since then, we’ve seen cars in the fire lane and handicapped spots but didn’t get towed. Today, they’ve towed multiple cars because they were repainting the parking lots. Didn’t have the decency to tow it them to another building. Instead they tow it to east end towing!! Real convenient! Furthermore, I don’t know what maintenance is doing but it’s not their job. They don’t come out & spray. I’ve seen all kinds of bugs inside and outside of my apartment, regardless of cleaning. I’ve mentioned this to them & no one ever came out to spray. These people are rude. Anytime there’s a problem, it’s “out of their hands.” They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone but when you go to the office, they are sitting right there!! Or better yet, they are not there during office hours! As much as we’re paying out here, you would think it’s peaceful & hospitable but it’s not. Should have left when the property got sold.

Arlo apartments now. Never answer the phones. Now added pet fees. You go to office during “open hours” doors are locked. They don’t care about residence, just want that money. They claim to be better but so far they have only shown that they don’t give a crap. Tons of people are moving out now. The property looks low budget. The gates don’t work half the time and now one is torn off completely. It doesn’t have the same feel any longer. This isn’t a place to call home. Take my advice and go elsewhere unless you like paying a lot of money for nothing.
Growing up with my parents working in the apartment industry, I’ve seen and lived at a lot of apartment communities. No other community quite compares to the unparalleled luxury you feel from the moment you drive into any of the Fountaine Bleau communities. If the aesthetic of the property doesn’t already have a wound, wait until you meet with one of the friendly and personable office staff members for your personalize community showing. The amenities are amazing, the events are always fun and my friends are welcome, see a staff as attentive and helpful… I could go on! I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Fountaine Bleau to any of my friends, family members or colleagues.
This is an exceptional place to live! The staff is amazing and knows you personally. Maintenance is soooo quick and professional. There are only 10 buildings so it feels cozy and nice to walk around. There are 3 dog parks which is so perfect for an apartment complex! Seriously can’t say enough about how much I love living here!
