The leasing office was really great throughout the moving process, they made it easy and a positive experience. We love the dog park and everything about our new home so far.

Neighbors are too loud, either fighting with their loved ones or worse.Some dog walkers are not picking up after their pets for sanitary reasons.

I love living in our apartment. My only regret is there is not an elevator. I was hit by a car October 1 and shattered both of my ankles and cannot walk up the stairs so I haven’t been home in four months. An elevator would allow me to come home.

As always, the staff is always cordial and helpful. They go out of their way all the time and work hard every day. We feel blessed to live here!

Nothing bad, very cozy and a lot of space for 2 people, the staff was quick to respond to our needs. Over all a good experience, nothing’s to complain about

Not the best place to live. Pool isnt properly cleaned and managed well for residents to use here. It's been dark green and pink. The leasers don't care the living conditions only renting all units.

We’re at home here and enjoy watching the flowers grow in front of the office and the kids playing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We’re also within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

Great family apartment complex. The leasing team has a good response time and the moving experience was smooth. Sometimes it can be loud living here, but the amenities are ample and the new carpet is a plus!

This has been a wonderful neighborhood to be a part of, generally peaceful and well kept! Not much experience with rowdy neighbors or complications besides the occasional need for fixing on the laundry units.

Our experience has been wonderful at Ardenne. The staff has been very helpful and attentive. We have enjoyed walking around the grounds for exercise. We love living here!

Good management and maintenance. No major issues in the 15 months that I’ve lived here. I wish there was a more kid friendly area in the middle open space and the pool needs upgrades.

This place has been through so many changes in management. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Decent value apartment in a nice neighborhood. However I only gave 2 stars for overall experience. Over two years, a total of 5 packages have been stolen from my front door. The front office strictly prohibits packages being mailed there which would easily solve the problem. Additionally my car was towed from the permitted parking spot I reserve with a monthly fee. The reason? My tag was sitting in my car but was not hanging from the mirror. Zero warning, towed in the middle of the night, went to go to work in the morning and thought my car had been stolen. I'm out $300 for an honest mistake of forgetting to hang my tag for a few days. The office staff were unhelpful suggesting I call the police and contact the tow company directly to fight the fee. Have never had experiences like this in other apartment complexes, and if I did, the staff at least tried to do what they could to help. If you have any issues while living here, do not expect much help or empathy from the front office.

This is great place to rent Highly Recommend for people looking for affordable apartments! The are actually pretty fast on repairs when needed.

My husband and I have lived at Ardenne for two years and renewed our lease for another! It’s a cozy place to call home and we feel really lucky to have found this community.

Pleasant, quiet. Attentive , friendly staff. Great location in Lafayette. Happy to live at Ardenne! Close to everything...Dollar Tree, Sprouts, Old Town. Fun place to live and dog friendly.

Parking lots are spacious, there’s always a spot to park! The buildings are nice there’s not much noise from anyone and the community is friendly!

So far Ardennes has been a loving caring quiet and safe community. The neighbors are very kind an generous. Kids are very respectful and the animals are very friendly.

I truly love this apartment complex! I've never had my own room before or a neighborhood that felt so safe and secure. The staff is super welcoming and comforting. The only complaints I have are very minimal or impossible to change. I hope I can keep living here for the years to come, as being in one spot can really help one realize oneself and build for the future ahead. A huge thanks to the staff here for all they do.

Ardenne Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I wish some neighbors were quieter and picked up trash after themselves, we wouldn’t want to live elsewhere.

Very thoughtful neighbors and beautiful view and will b a perfect place to raise a child or just being in a good quiet neighborhood is one thing everyone looks for in having a good place of residents. I would like to have a little more treatment of the swimming pool this is a main attraction from living here for over five years the pool service has not been very good as for the weight room I have not been able to check it out but I now have the sensor key I want to try and see how adequate the weight room is and these are just some of the things that makes this a good place of residents and why i have given u guys four stars all around.

Great staff! Mikyla and Skyla, and the rest of the staff have been very helpful! Recently, Michael did a quick plumbing repair for us within a day! He’s very conscientious too.

This is a great place to live! We couldn’t imagine anywhere nicer with great amenities, proximity to stores, helpful staff. The kids are happy here and it’s nice to see them all playing together!

Not the best place to live. Plumbing issues and old appliances. Too much crime and police aren't so helpful when it comes to this community.

Nice quiet complex. Units could use some upgrades, but overall a pleasant experience. Office staff has always been amazing. I have been here 6 months and haven’t had any major issues.

The move in process was great because staff were quick and efficient every step of the way. The apartment is one of the nicest units I've had in awhile.

Astoundingly awful quality of living for the price of these units. If you want to yell at all hours of the night with reckless abandon, this is the apartment complex for you! Mgmt won't do anything about it, so feel free to holler to your heart's content. Safety is not even close to a top priority for this property or its owner (last known to be Omar) - whether it comes to personal safety outside/in the (poorly lit) parking lots, or inside with faulty wiring, Ardenne truly doesn't care about the tenant. Price might be attractive, but don't let that fool you. Living here was a major detriment to my mental and physical health and I would never make the choice again if I could.

My family and I just transfer to a new unit in the complex. The old second floor unit has nails in the floor, which puncture your feet, the bathtub finish peeled off after one cleaning. Our new apartment smelt like cigarettes smoke for days after the maintenance team worked in the unit. Apparently they are heavy smokers and it is acceptable to the office manager to have the new unit smell like that, the unit was full of dog hair from the previous tenant, the master bath drain was clogged, the a/c did not work on arrival, the washer and dry were full of dog hair, after using the oven once, it fell apart, the blinds break off when you open them and the fridge handle isn't properly secure because "they didn't have the proper hardware." I am extremely disappointed at the quality and integrity of this complex and staff. We are trying very hard to not be those ungrateful residents, but they do have not made it easy. I'd love the opportunity to revise this review granted some action is taken to rectify this unacceptable situation.

I'm always suggesting to people that if they are looking for a place to stay The Aredens Apartments is amazing.

I am always recommending Ardenne to people looking for housing. It is expensive to live here, but it is the most reasonably priced place in the Lafayette area. I live on the 3rd floor and love my apartment.

I would recommend this community because of the friendliness of everyone such as neighbors and especially office staff

They are so helpful and puts your needs first. They do everything they can to help in their abilities available to them! Micheal is amazing by the way!

I just signed my six year lease maintenance and management are two of the reasons why.

I moved to this apartment complex because my daughter & son in law live here & they were so happy here, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good location, new dog park

Good location, nice neighbors. Only issue is people dumping large items by our trash bin. A mattress has been leaning against it for several weeks, was there before we moved in. I see people pull up and dump stuff.

Very kind and considerate leasing staff, clean grounds, prompt response to maintenance requests.

The one-bedroom apartment and floor plan were very nice. The community in Lafayette is friendly. The apartment staff is professional and friendly.
