I moved in a few weeks ago and am loving it here already. So far, I’ve had 2 other apartments, and this is the best pricing, layout, cleanliness, and amenities wise. The staff is really kind. the built in security in each apartment made me extremely excited

We have greatly appreciated the prompt attention of maintenance as we have moved in this month. There were just a few minor issues in the apartment that they fixed within 30 minutes, as well as providing a new washer when it was shown ours was unusable. The consideration of management has been incredible and we've been very impressed with the fast reply time.

Community and people are great at anthology. Front office pays attention to the events in the property well. Glad that emergency calls been taken care of quickly. I had multiple issues but the emergency team took care of them even over weekend. Kudos to the support team who takes care of emergency calls quickly.

I hear absolutely no noise from my neighbors, the mountain view is amazing, pool is well kept, and the staff here is so friendly. I have been here for almost 2 years and had no issues so far.

Parking is honestly terrible for guest or residents who do not pay for a covered slot/garage. It sucks paying for rent and being apart of the community and having to either pay for a covered slot or park my brand new truck on a residential road. Outside of this, the staff is legendary. Madison has been an extreme pleasure to work with and the maintenance fellas are extremely kind.

The only thing keeping me from being a 10 is I continually have an issue with the water pressure in my kitchen sink and my shower.

Parking is the worst. If you don’t pay for parking you will be walking from the street which is unacceptable.

Anthology is a conviently located area but not congested with traffic. The community is quiet and respective of privacy. I am not a pet lover personally but the community in whole is. The maintenance crew are friendly, respectful, prompt and easy to work with.

The maintenance manager and folks at the front office are fantastic! Parking was not placed well and parking on the street is the default if you get back too late.

Working with those in the front office is wonderful! We have had nothing but positive experiences with those in the office. Parking is terrible unless you pay extra each month. Just include the cost of a covered parking spot in rent, or assign each unit one uncovered spot. Maintenance isn’t performed in a timely manner and communication regarding maintenance leaves a lot to be desired.

Location allows for easy access to anywhere. Alarm system is my favorite! I can control the lights, temperature & access from anywhere with my phone app. Great layout, concierge trash pickup is amazing and it is safe here. The elevator made movibg in a breeze! Very pet friendly.

Do not lease an apartment here unless you just need a place to sleep. Management is terrible and will not help you with your situations/issues that may arise. Parking is terrible! Not enough parking for the amount of units/residents.

We love living at Anthology. Very kind staff, everything is very clean, great location, super great internet, and so much more. But this week they are doing this cute appreciation weeks and they did things for all the residents through every day of the week. Like what apartment complex does that? For example today they had a food truck come out to the complex. 10/10 would recommend.

Great modern apartment with Smart technology! I feel safe, the space is great & the views are amazing. Other community members are friendly & the trash concierge is a nice perk. Elevator, 24 fitness center & swimming pool are added treats!

This community was built as class A product but when Greystar took over management, it now is managed like a C+/B- community. Hallways cleaned once every six months (vomit sitting for weeks!). Air filter in apartment unit never changed over 1.5 years...terrible for the life of equipment. Numerous maintenance issues (fire signs dangling from ceilings) that are in plain view but management does not leave their offices. On the way out Greystar charges you for standard apartment turn services - painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning - an unethical money grab from security deposit. Highly disappointed and would never live in a Greystar building again. If I was a building owner, I would not hire this company to management my building. They do not take care of the asset, just collect their 3% management fee.

I have enjoyed living at Anthology. The living spaces are really nice. The built in Vivint alarm systems are nice - you can control the locks, lights, and house alarm all from your phone. Something I like a lot is the kitchen because I like cooking a lot, and the layout and utilities are all nice. The amenities are also pretty great, especially for the size of the apartments - I never feel like the gym or pool are too crowded. They provide good maintenance if anything isn't working in your apartment, which is really nice! It's also a great location being between Provo and Salt Lake City and right next to the highway.

The apartments are very nice but the common areas such as halls, elevators, and pool are extremely dirty.
