Annex on 12th, is very impressive from the start and definitely separates itself from the other apartments building in DC. I just about toured every apartment in DC and there were 4 major categories that separated Annex on 12th from the rest. 1) The leasing team, you won’t find a better leasing team in DC, I had the pleasure of working with Megan whom by hands down was the best leasing agent I’ve had the experience to work with in the 5 years I’ve lived in DC. She was incredibly responsive and accommodating and was a great reflection of what the apartment has to offer their tenants as far s customer service goes. 2) Annex on 12th is incredibly well kept and the staff is highly professional, adding to the sense of staying at home or boutique apartment which many tenants enjoy. 3) the amenities and shared space are hard to beat, personally myself the gym and any amenities relating to space where I can host groups is incredibly important and Annex is definitely top of the line. 4) Annex probably offers the best concessions in DC at the moment so strike while the iron is hot because it won’t always be there. Lastly one last shoutout for Megan whom truly made my move in experience a walk in the park and went out of her way to accommodate.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon the Annex on 12th. I didn’t think of looking in this part of town. SW is quiet, but centrally located with super accessibility to the highway and public transportation. The facilities and decor are awesome. We quickly felt at home.

A beautiful building in a prime location near the National Mall, Annex on 12th provides a terrific community. The staff is professional and personable, and the facilities and amenities are first-rate.

The maintenance team at The Annex has been incredibly attentive to my needs. Two individuals who stand out to me are Brian and Raul, although I know there are at least two others whose names I can't recall at the moment—please forgive me for that. Every maintenance request has been addressed within 24 hours and serviced within 72 hours at the most, with most being completed in just 24 hours. Everyone has been kind and accommodating throughout this process. I am truly grateful for their support!
