Angeline Apartments is a terrific place to live. The building staff is highly professional, very friendly and easily available. They know everyone's name. Residents are friendly. Dogs are so very welcome and delightful to have around. Great Cinema Room, entertainment floor and gardens. Super building parties during the year. So lucky we live here

I've only been at Angeline a few weeks, but so far I am extremely satisfied with my experience. On my initial walkthrough, the staff was welcoming and took their time showing me around. Throughout the application and acceptance process, they were available when I had questions. I have had a few minor maintenance issues which were addressed quickly to my satisfaction.

Angeline is a great place to live. Outstanding professional staff, very well maintained premises, excellent location. Angeline offers a parking garage, fitness center, roof garden, communal entertainment area. Residents are friendly and welcoming.

All of the staff at the Angeline Apartments - Kathleen, Eric, Skarlett, Adriana, Santa, Juan - are amazing and we're so thankful they are at the Angeline. The turnaround time from submitting a maintenance request to the maintenance team's arrival is always fast (within a day) which brings us peace of mind. Santa is knowledgeable and kind and we truly appreciate all he does for our community here. Kathleen and the office staff are welcoming and willing to talk when we come to the office with a question. Thanks to Adriana and team, the building is pristine and beautiful. We love it here!

Angeline Apartments is full of great people to get to know! Very conveniently located too.

Living here is comfortable, tho high-priced. The best quality of life here is the sense of community that a group of us have created by meeting regularly and enjoying talk and much support. It’s great fun! We always invite newcomers.

The neighborhood is great and it keeps me close to my family. PCC next door is also a big plus.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Every time I have any kind of problems, they help me solve it right away. I love living here and recommend it to everyone.

Everyone that works at Angeline is super attentive and friendly! From Tiare and Eric in the office, to Santa and Kurt in Maintenance. When researching new homes from another country, the online ratings are very important. I was impressed by all the five star ratings and positive reviews compared to neighboring apartment complexes in Columbia City. But after living here for six weeks I must agree, five stars all the way. The staff is amazing, the building is cleaned and well maintained, the location is perfect, and they are very animal friendly. I am now an Angeline believer.

Very impressed with the maintenance team and leasing office in general at Angeline. I don’t think I’ve lived in an apartment/rental where the office and maintained team has been so easy to communicate with and get a hold of. And everyone is so nice and friendly. And more importantly, I’ve never had a promise broken. This happens a lot more than you realize when renting and I’m happy that Angeline has been so nice!

Helpful staff, good amenities if you're into that, nice location.

After living in vintage buildings, the Angeline is a very easy place to live. New, well maintained, an attentive friendly staff and a great location. The gardens and outdoor spaces are an added benefit and beautiful.

We have been very happy living in the Angeline in Columbia City, Seattle. It is a very safe, comfortable, and attractive building, and management staff has been very friendly and responsive.

Im comfortable here as well as close to family, library, public transportation, and the small town character of Columbia City.

The leasing staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to needs. They have, for example, walked us through some glitches with the online application; helped to solve an issue with the call box; and presented our young grandson with a balloon on one of his visits! The building is extremely well maintained and the maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful. Our apartment unit is bright, spacious and inviting. And its so much fun to walk around the vibrant neighborhood. Were having a great time at the Angeline; its perfect for this stage of our retirement.

Angeline has been great is far! I moved in last august when things were still shut down, so a lot of the move in process was virtual. However, the leasing staff made the process as easy and seamless as possible. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process, which was a big relief to me. The staff continues to be friendly whenever I see them, rooms are spacious , and the amenities are fun! Also, there is a PCC right downstairs and bus lines and light rails extremely close by, making commuting easy. Special shoutout to Eric in the leasing office for all his help during my move in!

The Angeline is a very nice apartment property. The neighborhood is wonderful, and the management and maintenance staff are top notch. A very friendly place to live.

Have lived here now for almost 3 months and am so pleased. The Angeline is clean, safe and all staff are very friendly and helpful. I know they treat all residents well but as a "senior" I especially appreciate their kind approach.

Very clean facility and it smells nice too. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Lots of smiles and waves as you enter or exit the lobby from the staff. The property is beautiful.

Wonderful living experience in Columbia City, steps away from dining, shopping and all amenities

The Angeline is a cozy oasis with unique amenities and the most thoughtful and attentive team.

This is a great, friendly, and safe place to reside. I am very happy with my neighbors and it is very convenient - everything you need is here!

Gardens great, building is very clean, roof great, management just awful. unfriendly, unresponsive, rude.

There is a free and well cared for (by the management ) vegetable garden allows you to go and pick items that are fresh and nutritious. There are also individual plots where you can plant and care for items of your choice. There were, before the virus, many fun gathering on the roof top or on the 6th floor that involved delicious food and beverages. This provided an opportunity to meet our neighbors and interact with the people from the front office.

The staff at Angeline is excellent and they made our decision to move to the building easier by being flexible with sending me photos and showing us the unit twice. Move in was flawless. There was a tiny issue with a window on move in and they fixed it immediately. They have been stellar during the COVID crisis.

Avoid this building. Management is hostile and retaliatory. Implements unpopular, disruptive and bordering on harmful policies at the drop of a hat. It feels like we're being watched constantly and I don't feel like I can relax in my own home. As rent has increased services offered and quality of service has decreased. Not worth the money.

I love the garden that is gardened for us! No one else I know has that as an option at their apartment complexes. Also, living above PCC is so convenient. The staff at Angeline are the best! My services area always done within the day.

We love life here at Angelina. Beautiful apartment, incredible location, excellent staff, friendly neighbors. We are so happy here that our daughter and son-in-law have a place here too, and we have friends moving into an apartment next week. We could not be happier.

When I moved in I thought that I had found the apartment of my dreams. I genuinely loved living here, the location is great, the facilities are nice and the price was reasonable. That lasted until the new building manager Kathleen came on board. Since she has joined the staff of the Angeline it has become more and more unwelcoming and feels less and less like somewhere I want to live. She is unresponsive, unhelpful and untruthful. She doesn't respond to messages and has repeatedly ignored residents concerns about building safety. She plans and executes events that are more for her and her staff members than they are for the community, including closing the office several hours early in order for a kickball game with beer that was largely just attended by the staff. She has not once even asked the community what it would be interested in or if it even wants programming. It seems like every program involves drinking which isn't especially inclusive considering how many families live here. She has allowed flyers with insensitive language to be posting in the building. The front office was once a place where I would stop by on my way into the building to say hi and feel welcomed, now it's a place that I only go into if I absolutely have to, that is if it's even open as it's pretty frequently locked down when the office is supposed to be open, even when I often see her and other staff members in a back room. A new package third party package program was forced on residents and the rollout was a complete disaster. Packages were lost and stolen, we couldn't get a straight answer as to what the process was or how it worked, and then after having been assured it was free we were suddenly being charged addition each month for the privilege of some random third party handling our packages. We pay a lot of money in rent for front desk service but under Kathleen that service has been completely abdicated. Our utility bill has almost tripled since last year and nobody is able to get a straight answer as to why, in fact we were told that there was nothing out of the ordinary and this was just normal variation, when I can compare the cost with a year ago well that just doesn't add up. Do yourself a favor before living here and see if Kathleen is still the manager.

Amazing community of residents and great area, but management has recently tanked. I have lived here for 2+ years quite happily, until apt management switched over to folks who appear dead set on yanking every dollar out of residents while offering less and less in return. Residents are now treated like children or threatened with legal action if they speak up. If you move in, be prepared for some bait and switch by the management as far as amenities and services, even if the commitment is in writing. Plus expect massive rent increases upon renewal (recently most residents are seeing 7-10%). Oh, and you literally cannot receive packages mailed to your home address unless you pay a monthly fee to a special package delivery company. People are breaking their leases to get out.

Ongoing severe security issues and still no improvements done to better secure the residents, the garage or the bike cages. The universal answer from management is to talk to your insurance. If you want to move here it's best to not own a car or bike unless you're prepared to file claims and spike your insurance rates! After living here for nearly a year, I don't feel safe in this building, especially the garage (see a list of incidents below). Although most onsite staff is really nice and helpful (especially Kris), upper management seems to completely ignore the increasing complaints by concerned residents. The people in maintenance are great and get out of their ways to help you, especially AJ. Costly repairs are not done until there is overwhelming pressure. The fan that is supposed clear the stink out of the trash chute was broken for months causing hallways and some of the apartments to smell. List of incidents as reported by the community on Facebook, building management and police: 05/04/17: Break-in into bike cage inside PCC Garage level 07/22/17: Break-in into bike cage inside secured resident garage 09/30/17: Break-in into bike cage inside secured resident garage, security features of bike cage broken; Police Report #: 17-363923 After 09/30/17: Another break into the same bike cage where the thieves managed to get around very expensive locks by breaking the bike mount with the right tools. Personal opinion : Probably the same thieves, enabled by the lacking repairs to the bike cage. Relevant security features of the bike cage where not repaired until after 11/08/2017! 10/13/17: Break-in into secured resident garage, property stolen, two cars with smashed windows 12/16/17: Attempted break-in into the building 12/18/17: 4:20 AM - Burglar in the parking garage was surprised by a neighbor, luckily no one got hurt 02/26/18: Break-in into apartment, jewelry stolen. http://spdblotter.seattle.gov/2018/02/26/burglar-arrested-after-lengthy-search-in-columbia-city/ Avoid the 6th floor! as it's right next to the buildings lounge or rather 'party area'. My favorite amenity is the roof top terrace which really is great in the summer despite people using it as a pet toilet. Of course there is great stuff about the place too: It's above PCC, right next to parks and farmers market, the neighbors and the community are amazing, Kris is great, AJ is great, the gym is usually clean and well maintained.

my first apartment from moving out & its all new to me , but this complex community have been doing there very best to make it all easy for me & being there step by step .
