AMLI has been a great place to live! No complaints here!
Overall Im just blah. My main annoyances are 1:) fire alarm goes off ALL the time. Usually in the middle of the night. (Although maintenance is always great) 2:) management has lost our documents/paperwork more than once, causing unnecessary needs from us to redo it) 3:) 100% need cameras/security with the amount of cars and bikes stolen/broken into. (We have had three bikes stolen from us alone in a secured garage with no cameras) 4:) parking passes are so screwed up. People parking in each others spaces and have tags that dont actually go to them, causing me to almost get towed in the middle of the night because someone was in my parking spot. 5:) front of house just seems really disorganized.
As great as the staff are, we don't feel safe here at all. There's a fb group where residents post about one car getting stolen after another, there was a shooting recently and mngmt hid it from all of us, and our rent is going up an eye-popping 22%. Residents are pretty nice, staff are good, but we are NOT safe and the pricing is whack. Did you get a 20% raise at work this year? Sure as heck know we didn't!!!
We are so happy we found Amli! Its been a great space as we adjust to the Denver area and super convenient to downtown and Rino! Everyone weve worked with has gone above and beyond.
The leasing process and move-in was pretty much flawless. We had no issues getting the information we needed to move forward and have a successful move-in. The few things we noted about the apartment to be repaired we done in less than 24 hours. Seriously impressive.
AMLI Denargo Market is absolutely beautiful. By far the best apartment we have EVER lived in. The leasing staff is on top of everything and and always gets back to your questions in a timely manner. Best apartment complex! Thank you for giving us an amazing new place to call home! :)
AMLI Denargo Market is a good place to live, in that the apartment units themselves and the amenities are good. The complex can be a bit dirty though, and it seems like new residents are treated much better than residents who have lived here for a while and have resigned.
We love our actual apartment unit, but feel that the management is not as effective in handling building concerns, especially around safety and security, nor do they provide sufficient communication about these issues, in terms of frequency and transparency
overall great apartment, the view on most sides is great, great staff, building is one big maze but youll catch on! amenities are fab, love that you get a parking spot on your floor, and idk no complaints so far!
AMLI is a fun place to live in RiNo. The amenities are a great plus and it is in a very walkable neighborhood. It's a bit further from the "hustle and bustle" of being right downtown. Perfect medium of a quiet neighborhood while also being in walkable distance to the action.
Great location and apartments, killer rent prices. Better off renting a house down the street for 30% less in rent.
I'm not sure why Amli properties decided that the best time to begin a site-wide construction project on the roof of the apartment was during a global pandemic when 75% of their residents are working from home but.. that's what they did ! For the last 6 months we hear constant construction above us, below us, to our left, and to our right. It never ends. It doesn't help that 2 additional buildings are being constructed next door as well. The walls are paper thin, and if you work from home or work nights and need to sleep during the day... good luck. We like the people and the apartment itself, but there is absolutely no forethought into how their actions will affect their residents.

This location has the most kind leasing office I have ever dealt with, along with clean, spacious apartments that are move in ready. The staff at this location have been helpful and pleasant anytime I had questions, and the single maintenance issue I had was resolved quickly with no hassle. I have loved living here so far, and cannot thank the staff enough for their assistance with the entire move-in process!
Amazing apartment complex with great amenities and friendly staff.
I moved to Denver and into AMLI Denargo Market about a month ago and have been really happy. The staff have all been incredibly friendly and super responsive across all areas, management, front desk, leasing office, maintenance. The apartment itself is in great condition, well insulated with no noise from neighbors - and the location is really convenient. Overall very happy here so far!
I really love living in the AMLI Denargo Market! My apartment is spacious and comfortable and the staff has been absolutely amazing with any requests I have. Also, the location cant be beat, so close to the scene in RiNo and incredibly easy to hop on the highway.

My fiancé and I have lived in many apartments since moving to Colorado and for the first time we found a company we absolutely love! We unfortunately have to move outside of the city for work relocation but we decided to stay with the Amli apartments. The managements teams are delightful and I have never seen such an amazing maintenance team before. Highly recommend Amli to anyone who wants to move into a hassle free apartment community!

I love living at Denargo Market. The apartment furnishings, location, amenities and staff are some of the best in the area. I don't think you'll find the quality and value in any of the nearby complexes. The maintenance staff fixes requests in two hours, the leasing staff has been so accommodating as we've talked about renewing our lease and the location is just a walk to Rino or Lodo. As someone who did a lot of research into looking where to live when relocating from across the country, I'm glad I stumbled upon Denargo Market.
Not only do I really love my apartment, but I also am extremely satisfied with the associates here at AMLI. Kristen, and Savannah have been wonderful. They are extremely responsive and truly care and tend to your every need. I have worked with many associates at other properties but no one has been close to being as good as Kristen and Savannah. They are truly exceptional employee's and any company would be lucky to have them.

Amli Denargo Market is a great place to live. The amenities are great (pool, hot tub, gym, great views, courtyard with grills, game room, theater room, conference room) and we love our apartment's size! It's the perfect location as well - close to many bars, the baseball stadium and so much more.
I absolutely love living here at AMLI Denargo Market! The property recently upgraded their pool furniture, making it a wonderful entertaining area! Its located in a super convenient part of RiNo, walking distance from pretty much anything! I would recommend this apartment residence to anyone looking in the Denver area!
The leasing staff alone is worth moving to Denargo Market, Stephanie and Lisa are on another level of commitment to their jobs and provide a 5 star experience. The community is beautiful, and I look forward to enjoying everything this place has to offer.
Extremely hard to get in touch with leasing office and the hours are always never accurate in terms of when they'll be open or closed causing major headaches including losing time from work too due to other residents improperly booting cars (definitely make sure it's your spot as the management doesn't really know whose are whose in the garage). Charges astronomical fees too, and even if you do pay rent within the required due date and time frame of the first three days of the month you still get charged said fees and then additional ones because they take forever to process everything and their online system is the WORST. Had issues with my bank freezing my account due to travel outside of Denver and so they didn't honor charges from AMLI along with other merchants, thankfully the other merchants removed any fees unlike AMLI. Courtyards are not well maintained and dogs constantly off leash that try to chase dogs on leash putting other dogs in harms way including my two small pups. Fire Alarms don't work nor do the call boxes among other things! There should be quiet hours for the courtyard areas too so that residents can actually sleep in their home versus being woken up at odd hours. Nice amenities and good location though!

I love living at the Crossing and would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to live close to downtown and RiNo for a reasonable cost. There are always a few teething problems in a new apartment block, but overall I've had a great experience. The facilities are all really nice and the staff on the front desk are great.
Over the past two years we've seen almost every 'luxury' property in Denver and they're all basically the same - decent gym, clubroom, pool, etc. The thing that stood out for us at The Crossing was that the floor plans were actually usable. We lost 200 square feet from our last one bedroom, but it honestly doesn't feel much smaller at all. We have much better closet space, much higher ceilings, better light, a usable desk area, and really just plenty of room all around. Beyond that, some of the staff has been exceptional and that truly makes all the difference. Emma and Kel are two of the best people we've come across in the entire apartment industry. Unfortunately Kel has moved on from The Crossing, but luckily enough for me he's working with me a couple days a week now, so I guess it's unfortunate for the property, but lucky for me. Emma is still there and honestly there's nothing we wouldn't recommend her for. From the day we moved in she made it a point to know our names, greet us every time we pass through the lobby and generally goes completely above and beyond to make this an enjoyable living experience. I honestly can't express how much of a difference having people like Kel and Emma makes. Really the only suggestions we'd have are to eliminate valet trash and for Lincoln to work harder at retaining exceptional people like Kel and Emma, because losing exceptional people was a problem at the last Lincoln property we lived at as well - clearly they know how to hire well, but that's only half the battle.
I always tell my friends how much I enjoy living here and that this is a great place to live.
would score this a 10 if 24hr maintenance was available for repairs other than the non-emergency list; my dishwasher hadn't worked since I moved in which became an issue as dishes piled up. Being gone from the apartment during the work day & having a dog meant I wasn't comfortable with a repairman coming by without me there during the day so that leaves a full work week before I'd be able to have the issue fixed
A lot of amenities and close to downtown for a reasonable price
Nice clean complex. The people living on the streets, down the street, is a little unsettling but i have an inner unit so i feel a little more at ease.

The Crossing at Denargo Market apartments have been nothing but a nightmare. I fully regret signing a lease, and advise any individual seeking housing to look elsewhere. To further explain my experience, below are some of the issues I have encountered: 1. The building fire alarm frequently goes off - this is a major safety concern. For example, it has gone off multiple times at around 5:30am, morning - middle of the day, and on a Friday night. I work from home and this is a huge inconvenience. 2. Had to call maintenance 3 times to provide HOT water to my apartment. I only had luke warm water and needed to boil water on the stove to have a hot bath. 3. Had to call maintenance because the heat in my apartment didn't work. 4. I had a stranger walk in to my apartment when I was home - I always make sure to lock my door the second I walk in. 5. There are thefts in the garage and reports of random people walking in the hallways. 6. The garage car gates have issues, and at one point were required to consistently remain open. This is a safety issue. 7. The rent is expensive and there are additional hidden fees. 8. The door badge by the entrance I use often doesn't work, and I must call myself in using the directory. During the cold temperatures, the lock to the outside gate is frozen and doesn't lock. This is again a huge safety issue. 9. The awful property management posted a note on the windshield of MY car, in MY assigned parking spot saying "Your vehicle information has been recorded and should your vehicle be found in the garage again it will be towed." My car has been parked in the same spot since I began my lease in August, and the letter was dated on 1/7/17. a. Lincoln Property Management did not send any form of direct communication to me to inquire about my vehicle. If I didn't see the piece of paper in my windshield, my car would have been towed without my knowledge. 10. There was a foreign rust color liquid that leaked in the garage and splattered all over my car. 11. Packages go missing. 12. High pitched alarms go off in the work out area and won't turn off until someone from management does so. It is too loud to work out if it is going off. I hear similar alarms in the stairways. 13.
