This building is in great shape and well taken care of for apartments that have been around for some time. Maintenance responds in timely fashion and zero complaints so far!
Very convenient to train and building is clean. Accessible customer service and very easy for parking, at a great price in addition to the rent.
Zach Pablo and Rudwan were all great. Everyone was helpful, and the move in process was smooth. It would have been nice to see the apt a bit earlier in the process but things happen.

It’s a great place to live. Everyone is so welcoming. Maintenance is super quick and easy to deal with. Such a prime location with the Black Rock train station right outside my window. All around, great place to be!

Apartment location , metro station nearby ,Lot of open space , gym , addutiinal work office locations are advantages, there should be more community activities, including bringing some sports or other activities.

Amenities are fine. Not the problem. It's noisy here, alarms going off at all hours from cooking in unvented apartments, smoking in the garage at times and cigarette buts on the ground, dog pee in the garage and elevators at times. Gym needs rules about using phones, videos, etc. The noise from Esh's garbage being rolled over the concrete and dumped in the bins by staff late every night and being emptied twice a day by industrial trucks is awful if you live in apartments on that side. Big trucks in the truck yard across the street and cars without legal mufflers love to use the nearby roadways so it's super noisy. My upstairs neighbors are just plain noisy and complaining to management hasn't solved problems.

Don't move into the top floor, kids hang out in the parking garage, and are constantly running on the roof. Parking lot is jammed around 5pm during the weekdays, as people pick up their kids and dogs, First two levels of the parking garage are filled on the weekend nights, due to the restaurant. Apartments are decent and the building staff is very nice.
I am enjoying the main lobby and top terrace of Alto. It's cozy and relaxing since both have a fire place. I have personally rented them for gatherings and everyone had a fabulous time!
Maintenance and upkeep of the facility are poor . Response from management and staff are poor. Could be much better I will not be renewing my lease.
Alto has been my home for 2 yrs. It's safe, clean and beautiful. Also very convenient to grocery and the train. I highly recommend this building.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The amenities are perfect for families and individuals. The gym is always clean and available for use. The dog park is clean and well maintained. Truly couldn’t ask for a cleaner place and positive environment.

Attentive staff, inclusive community, kind neighbors. Occasionally the grassy areas can accumulate dog waste not cleaned up after neighbors which is a drag. A bit noisy area given the new restaurant Esh and the parking garage is chaotic at times as a result.
Great community, 2 min from Fairfield Metro and 6 min from the beach. Take the elevator for dinner at Esh Mediterranian, enjoy Black Rock and St. Mary’s around the corner while living care free, modern life style at Alto Fairfield

Love living in ALTO! Apartments are spacious, appliances are great & wall to wall sound is nonexistent. Amenities such as the gym, pool table and rooftop/grills give the perfect touch! Train conveniently close for commuters & ESH restaurant is amazing! Great community & nice people. Zack & Marcus are great and attentive to your needs. Maintenance team is prompt as well. 10/10
It's great experience to stay here,very neat and beautiful place... Every stop is near by restaurants,hospitals, schools,shops, groceriesetc...
Overall a great residence experience. The building is very quiet, clean and the amenities are pretty good. Having the Metro north across the street makes for an easy commute to NYC.

A great sense of community in this building. We’ve met so many fantastic people living here. Can’t beat the proximity to the train and to local beaches. Walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants.
