I love living here!
The apartments here are super spacious and brand new. The amenities make the place feel like a hotel. Jonathan was super helpful with moving in maintenance response so quickly I would absolutely recommend living here.

I’m never leaving !
I ’ve been living at Altís Grand Kendall for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever experienced. The property is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch — I especially love the gym and the resort-style pool. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Jonathan, the Service Director, is amazing! He’s always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. It’s clear he takes pride in keeping the building running smoothly. Huge thanks to him and the whole team!
