This apartment is brand new so everything is clean and well kept! The leasing office is always friendly and responds so quickly! The maintenance person does a good job fixing any issues with efficiency and effectiveness.

Could not recommend this apartment community more! The location is unbeatable — walking distance to Watermark Church, less than 5 minutes from Costco, and just 15–20 minutes from Downtown Dallas. It feels close to everything while still offering a peaceful, tucked-away atmosphere with beautiful views of trees and greenery — a secluded feel that’s hard to find in the city. The building itself is brand new with modern finishes and well-designed spaces. The amenities are a huge plus: a gym with Peloton bikes and smart mirrors, multiple work-from-home areas like the sky lounge and business center, a resort-style pool, and even thoughtful touches like convenient trash service. The staff truly set this community apart. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming, and a special shoutout goes to Adair, who went above and beyond during the touring and leasing process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Overall, this community combines an ideal location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service — an incredible place to live in Dallas.

Extremely quiet and relaxing community. Location provides access to Dallas without the congestion and drama. Very happy with the overall quality of life here. I do wish we were able to utilize AT&T for internet as spectrum occasionally loses signal and can be slow at peak hours.

Life here is very peaceful. There are occasional dogs barking, but overall it's quite quiet. I applaud the janitors for maintaining the common areas and fitness center as they remain spotless. Temperature controlled hallways permit comfortable travel within the community.

It's too soon for me to make a recommendation. The building is still under construction and the facilities are new for the entire leasing and maintenance teams, so we are living through a period requiring some patience. After this grace period ends, I'll probably be more willing to share comments about my experience.
