We love living here. Clean, plenty of storage, very reasonable moving fees, great staff. Couldn't be happier with our first few weeks in our new home.

Great location, buildings well kept, beautiful grounds and amenities, well designed and updated floor plans, and responsive managerial and maintenance staff. Highly recommend living here.

I love living at Alpine Prairie Village. Management is wonderful, Tia is a rockstar. And the maintenance team is always on top of things and also a joy to be around- shoutout to Antonio and Xavier. When I had a safety issue around one of the residents using the gym, management responded promptly and took immediate action, demonstrating that they take safety concerns very seriously. The shared spaces are almost always clean and well-stocked. I feel proud to have people over because the property and apartment are so nice. I've been here for 3 years and I will likely re-sign again.

I am entitled to receive my refund from Alpine Prairie Village in Longmont, Colorado, as financially committed, and it is crucial that this is fulfilled despite their current excuses. My preference is for a direct deposit back to my account, as initially debited, rather than being notified that the check is in the mail again. Sufficient notice, both verbal and in writing, was given as required and requested for all necessary purposes and changes, and was verified multiple times by their office administration. The check is not and has never been in the mail!!!

Apartments are efficiently designed with quality materials. The complex offers a neighborhood feel, nicely landscaped. Staff is friendly and responsive to tenant’s’ needs. Complex meshes well within neighborhood single homes.

Alpine has been a wonderful place to live and raise our family. We love the community and facilities as well of the convenience of its location.

The maintenance guys. They do awesome job they show up on time. I don’t have to wait a lot and they get their work done.

I have consistently in the last two years experienced the best residential support services with Alpine Prairie Village team. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. In addition to the best services here in Alpine Prairie Village, the mountains view from my apartment is so beautiful!

I appreciate the team and my experience here at APV so much! The office team is always there to help support community members or provide answers to questions, and the maintenance team is efficient and courteous. I love that as a community we have had donation events for veterans and food pantries. I also appreciate the community-building activities like pumpkin painting at Halloween that give us an opportunity to meet our neighbors and socialize with individuals we may not have otherwise. They have assembled an all-star crew and overall living experience over here :-)

Alpine prairie village is a great community with wonderful amenities! The view from the apartments of the front range is gorgeous and the apartments themselves are a beautiful modern style. For my first apartment I’m so so pleased.

Property is very clean and well maintained. The management team is always ready to address questions or problems that may arise. Maintenance quick to handle issues. They have fun community events like bingo, Valentine's breakfast on the go, pumpkin painting for the fall. Cardio equipment and weights in the fitness center. Pool table and shuffle board table in the clubhouse room. Coffee, tea and candy and nuts if your having a meeting in one of the meeting rooms. Wonderful hot tub and grill area. All in all I say this is a wonderful community to live.

The overall look of the apartment is nice and I think management does the best they can to keep maintenance techs but they don't seem to have much luck. When someone in an adjacent flushes the commode or drains the shower/tub, etc. my bathroom drains gurgle and the water level in the commode drops significantly and then the vibration starts up in the closets that house the hot water and an exhaust fan that is mounted outside of the building and next to the bedroom. Also, I have recently discovered that there is no soundproofing or padding of any kind in that closet.

Enjoy living here and can't complain for the units are provided with great utilities and are spacious for the value.

Choose ANYWHERE else. They are constantly trying to change rules on you. At first new management tried taking away one of my garages. She stated i have a two bedroom apt but because i live alone i shouldnt be allowed to have two garages. Out of respect for the fact that they are short on parking spaces here i eventually gave up one of my garages up. Now they are trying to force us to stop parking infront of our garages, even though last owners explicitly said we could. My vehicle is quite large and honestly cant quite fit in there. I can't get the doors open or my trunk. So I pay for that garage and park infront and this saves more parking spaces for others. Today however they forced me to move my car stating that if I don't i will be in "violation", even though again last management especially commenting on the size of my vehicle stated if i needed i can park infront i could. Like I said I'm under contract and it doesnt say under my contract that i cant park infront but again, suddenly they are changed rules. They are always tacking on extra charges. We pay for the extras like having the jacuzzi and workout rooms in our rent but now they are tacking on charging us for the energy in the comman areas including hallways ,parking lots, the exterior lighting, even their offices! They left a contractor doing repairs alone in my place one time, they obviously werent expecting me to come home on time as i walked in on some random guy in my apartment. The refrigerator is still missing an icemaker and is honestly very loud when running. You cant sleep with the windows open cause of the loud water heater exhaust fans that come in intermittently thoughout the night right next to your bed room window is very loud. Alot of the doors are having issues closing because of the settling of the building. My closet door and deck door can barley close as well as I can barely get my front door to lock. I have been reporting power problems in my place for months and they can't seem to get it fixed. Many people in my building have been having mold issues. As it was a big issues in the apartment above me im terrified its going to happen here, and they havent offered to check or anything. Save yourself the time, the money, and the stress; choose a different apartment complex.

Clean, modern apartment, with a cost reasonable to what you are getting and where you’re at. Friendly, helpful, and prompt maintenance and leasing / management staff.

Trevor and the office team made our sight unseen move in from Hawaii a breeze! Trevor was great at communication and so helpful in every aspect. The complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. It’s also conveniently located across the street from a park, bark park, and nice walking trails. Amenities are fabulous and always clean. I would say that it is obvious the materials used to build the complex were not high quality so it’ll be interesting to see what this complex looks like in 5 years. Right now it has the new smell and feel to it and we are loving our new home!

My apartment feels like a dream and the neighborhood is lovely.

This complex is brand new and advertises “luxury” living. Clearly we have different opinions on what luxury is. If you like hearing your neighbors at all hours, neighbors who leave their pet waste all over the common grass, a package room that charges to pick up your packages, constant maintenance issues, sizable 200-400 dollar changes in utility fees with no explanations, windows that are “new” that seep freezing air all winter, and staff that are incompetent, then this is the place for you!

The apartments are beautiful, short drive to everything in Longmont. Rachel was super helpful and easy to work with! Honestly, no complaints thus far.

This is a brand new complex so you would think it would be nice. This new construction was a rushed project and is all smoke and mirrors. The insulation is trash you can feel the cold and the wind coming in, frost will even build up near your doors and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. They also charge you for every single utility even the common areas...yes you are paying for the leasing office lights and everything....trash is constantly overflowing and half the walk ways are frozen over and dont get shoveled for a couple days. multiple tenants have even had to switch units due to to many issues and even more are reporting hvac and electrical issues which management still cant figure out. take your money elsewhere

We have been at ascend for a little while now and the apartments are great. Love the layout, the amenities, and the staff (especially Susandra who helped us move in and Blake who has taken care of some maintenance requests). The neighborhood is walkable and pet friendly.

Ascend is not only a residential community of high quality, but has great staff and service and also placed in a great neighborhood that's also close to so much. Highly recommend!

My move-in experience at Ascend at Prairie Village has been great! The office team was wonderful, and Aaron and Susandra were more than accommodating and very pleasant to work with. When I moved in, I had trouble with my water heater, but maintenance and a plumber had it fixed in less than 24 hours. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the appliances and fixtures are brand new. There was a bit of dust leftover from construction, but nothing that couldnt be cleaned up easily. Overall, the renting experience here has been awesome! Id recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Longmont area!
