I really enjoy living here. I moved from California and this apartment complex makes me feel at home. The pool is fun on the weekends, it has a golf simulator that I’ve invited friends over to play at, and everyone is friendly. The location is perfect for enjoying everything Lower Greenville has to offer. The amenity areas are well maintained and extensive. The Skydeck is a great place to enjoy a cocktail and take in the Dallas skyline and sunset! Multiple fenced dog areas and the expansive greenspaces make this place perfect for pet owners and there are lots of them here. Interiors are nice but some areas need maintenance like tile regrouting and floor repairs. Not as clean as we expected it to be considering how nice the public areas are. Great technology options for personal entry/access and for accommodating guest entry. Management has been very responsive and proactive with fixing items.

Prior to our move in, we had to continue to ask our leasing agent for information about our set up. We never received a welcome email, and then the week we moved in, my car was towed after not being told about how to properly register it for the garage. I don't feel that we were properly informed about living here, and I also don't think we were properly reimbursed for the towing expenses.

It feels like I live in a very nice hotel. Love the staff here. Everyone is friendly. I live for Wednesday cookie day?? I love being so close to Trader Joe’s and restaurants! But also feels good to be in a neighborhood with walkable sidewalks and shady trees. Oh and all the cute dogs that live here, what a bonus!

Moving into the Alexan was easy and the front office staff were very accommodating and friendly! We love the proximity to many restaurants and shopping on Lower Greenville and it is a quiet neighborhood. The gym and pool area are very nice and we will be using this regularly. The biggest issue we have here is there is only one parking spot per residence covered/gated parking and the other is an enclosed lot around the building so spots are limited. Overall, we are happy with living here so far!

I've been living at ALG for 4 months, and overall, it's been a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff is always friendly and responsive, addressing any maintenance requests quickly. The community feels safe, and the amenities like pool, gym, and parking are well-maintained. While the rent is a bit on the higher side, I feel like the quality and location make it worth it. Highly recommend!

I love the community and the service here. We've had some issues with the plumbing and the workers were nice and prompt. Diego at the front office is the best to work with, and very welcoming. I took yoga today and I loved it!

The Alexan Lower Greenville is great! I just moved to Dallas, and this was my very favorite building of the many I toured. It has incredible amenities like the pools, the gym, the golf simulator, and the stunning community/rooftop spaces. It is super dog friendly, and in an area where I not only feel safe walking -- I want to walk! The building is just steps away from one of the best areas for eating and drinking and living in Dallas. Plus, the area features a great mix of people at different stages of life. Very happy to be living here!

Love the apartment. Front office staff is great. Maintenance is really responsive. Amenities are extensive and fit my needs. I do wish the rent was a "bit" more competitive with some other similar complexes I've found but I understand that you get what you pay for...

Move-in experience was very good, made especially easy with the bell cart which you can borrow. The office staff were incredibly helpful. I also highly recommend using Mustang Movers for your move here if within the Dallas area. Based on my first couple of days, in general the amenities and finish of this apartment are very good. Other reviews that I had read prior to move-in that had made negative comments (Outside of the frankly recalcitrant lady on Yelp LOL!) related to the garage and the broken golf simulator. The golf sim is close to being fixed, good to see the management listen. I don't play golf so that is no issue for me. As a truck owner, the garage is tight. The only semi-negative feedback I have, taking this apartment from a 5 to a 4, is that the gym is outdated for this level of apartment and could probably do with a renovation. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It's location is the best for an apartment in the Dallas-area for a young professional.

Great apartment community and leasing staff! There are some really great amenities like pools, gym, golf simulator, rooftop hangout area, etc. Plus, the location is walkable to so many good food options and little happy hour spots. The Alexan was by far my top choice when moving to Dallas

I had heard nothing but great reviews about Alexan Lower Greenville before moving in. They were very helpful during the application/move-in process. The staff in my move in were knowledgable and willing to help however they could, the amenities are incredible, the grounds are well kept and clean. Yes the parking is tricky for guests but that is to be expected given its location.

Great amenities, amazing outdoor space with two pools and various entertainment spaces. The apartments themselves are all newer with solid appliances and fixtures. My partner and I have been here for almost a year and have had a great experience making it our home. Very helpful team on staff, going out of their way to be helpful and considerate.
I absolutely love living at the Alexan. It has everything I need and want, my neighbors are friendly/kind, the front office is great, and the property is maintained well.
Love the omelette breakfasts and wine and charcuteries. Lots of great choices. Maintenance always responds promptly to our requests. The landscaping is very nice. Thank you

Amazing service and quality everywhere except for with setting up WiFi and the speeds associated with the network. I tested and got around 15 mbps upload and download speeds, which are embarrassing for an apartment that nice.
