I love living at Aerie! My corgi loves his back yard and the large dog park. The fitness center has everything to get a good workout in. Very clean and staff is very nice.

There should be an option to select “0” starts because that is what this place deserves. Overtime being here we have encountered multiple situations that we are not please with in regards to safety and cleanliness but this one takes the cake. Our AC has been out since Friday 07/28 and it is now 08/03 and still no answers. Been bouncing around from hotel to hotel waiting on this issues to be fixed. Each time we call we get no answers. You would think they would reach out to a different AC provider to get the issue with ac motor resolved but no we are waiting on their “preferred provider” to figure it out. Absolutely unbelievable!

Absolutely adore this community- The residents are all incredibly sweet and respectful of one another; It genuinely feels like our own community here. And the front leasing office staff is like none I've ever encountered. They remember names, faces, families, pets. They're always letting us know how appreciated we as residents are, and in this day and age, that is almost unheard of. I adore this complex. In 2 years of being here, we have never had an issue.
Overall, my experience as a resident is a good one. Management stays on top of things, the apartments are beautiful , and the place is well maintained. My dog appreciates his own little park and that management even has a special day “yappy hour” just for him!
I love living here. It is super quiet and the amenities are great. I love the pool area. Anthony always makes sure we are having fun and hydrated while at the pool. I love that there is an ice machine at the pool and usually a fully stocked fridge in the club house. My unit is modern and beautiful and the appliances are top notch. If requested, maintenance comes very fast, no long wait times.

Units are beautiful and unique. Very dog friendly with an on-site dog park and doggy door.. Pool area has a holiday feel. The tech offered is up to date. As a resident, I appreciate the quietness of the evenings and the quickness that management addresses any issues that come up.
I love First Street at Happy Valley. The whole complex is very clean and well maintained. The residence is clean and modern. The complex is conveniently located, close to the shopping and the restaurants in Norterra. Highly recommended.
Imagine living with your very own little mini home without anyone above you or below you, with your own little yard, not just a slab of concrete. This is a little piece of heaven living here, with plenty of cabinet space and closet space. I wish I could buy my unit and stay forever. So glad I found it. So glad I am here. My only complaint? They need to have more locations like this! Anthony and kayley in front office put the icing on the cake here. They are awesome!

Elux at Norterra is a beautiful, clean, quiet place to live. The amenities are top notch and the staff is very helpful if you ever need anything.
Living at Elux at Norterra has been outstanding. Amazing apartment homes with fantastic amenities. Its about as close as you can get to the house feeling without having the maintenance of a house. The staff is wonderful and the property has always been kept clean. I dont regret my decision to live here one bit.
Too expensive for what you get. Very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness of the grounds, lack of supervision or safety.
This place is amazing, I love having a at home feeling in an apartment complex. The units are built perfectly and love how my dog has a doggy door and back yard. The at home technology package is also helpful WiFi was set up already and being able to use my phone to change settings is perfect.
We are moving to Phoenix from Minnesota, this facility is absolutely perfect in all regards, for us its like a paradise. The staff is amazing, I love all of the built in technology, and its close to all of the amenities we want.
