Great location in a safe neighborhood, gated community. Parking included, pet friendly, dog parks, grills, pool + jacuzzi, fitness center. I'm traveling internationally from September - December 2022 and need someone to take over my lease for 3 months at least. I will pay for your parking. Minimum of 3 months, potential to stay longer.
