There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. This home is centrally located close to top Frisco attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions.
