Pets are welcome with a one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Note that pets must be disclosed and approved in advance and cannot be over 50lbs. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, and there is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device, and blocking or disconnecting the security camera pointing at the door entrance will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
