Enjoy the lake-view deck with a BBQ and seating and a fire pit for evening gatherings. There is fast Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. This home is centrally located just 10 minutes from FIFA World Cup stadiums and SeaTac Airport, 12–15 minutes from downtown Seattle and the Space Needle, 15 minutes from Pike Place Market, and 5 minutes from Lake Washington and Gene Coulon Park. Optional skiing is available at Crystal Mountain and Snoqualmie. Groups of 12+ will be charged a $500 refundable deposit that will be released 2 days after check-out if there are no damages. If any smoking, vaping, or drugs are detected either within the home or outside on the property, the reservation will be terminated as non-refundable, all guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately, and compensation will be sought for any damages that are found upon inspection of the property. If guests leave the home in a condition that requires a deep cleaning or violate any of the house rules, a fine of up to $500 will be charged. Damages to the property or contents will be charged at repair or replacement costs. Any non-compliance with the house rules after an initial violation warning will result in cancellation of the booking and the need for all guests to immediately vacate the property, at the host's discretion. Quiet hours start at 9:00 pm. Any second noise complaint after you’ve been reminded will result in your reservation being terminated, all guests will be required to vacate the property, and compensation will be sought for any damages that are found upon inspection of the property.
