Available May 1 for either 3mo sublet (May, June, July) or 15mo lease (May-July). Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment right at the edge of UNCC's campus. Very quiet community, tucked away off of Mary Alexander Road. Less than 5 minute walk to campus. 3rd story, wood fireplace, lofted ceilings, personal deck accessible from dining area and bedroom, washer and dryer included, Nest thermostat, lots of natural lighting. Pool, grill, clubhouse, and patio area are phenomenal and rarely are used by others making Mallard Green Apartments a really nice quiet and relaxing community. Having recently graduated, I am moving back home and am looking for someone to sublet the remainder of the lease starting May 1, or sign for May 1-July 31, 2018 (15 month lease). Apartment is clean, incredibly comfortable, and close to everything. Fantastic for a student who is looking to stay in University for the summer and not have to worry about moving when fall comes around.
