About This Property

Room available for sublease in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on the hill! Room is available from June 1st to August 10th, and rent is normally $1737 but I'm willing to discount it to $1500. Rent does not include utilities (water, energy, wifi, trash), normally around $100 a month. You would have your own room with a large closet, and your own full bathroom. Unit was completely remodeled 2 years ago, and is very modern and clean. Has AC, heat, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove top, in unit washer dryer, lots of storage space, 1 off street assigned parking space, a bike rack, a front patio, tall ceilings, lots of natural light, and pets are considered. You'd be living with a 24 yr old CU student, he is very nice, clean, outgoing and loves to get outside whenever he can. Complex is quiet, and neighbors are nice and respectful. Property managers are private landlords, not a big rental company and are not out to take your money. I've lived in their properties for years, and they are responsive, and quick to fix any issues.
