Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the host before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. This is a non-smoking building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the rooms. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens.
