Each room offers soft bedding, ample closet space, and comfortable touches perfect for unwinding. A shared full bathroom connects the rooms for seamless access. Second Floor – Living room & Kitchen An airy, open-concept living space framed by tall 11-ft ceilings and natural light. Sink into plush seating in the living room while enjoying a 75” Smart TV, or gather around the large dining table designed for shared meals and memorable evenings. The chef-ready kitchen invites cooking and conversation, with stainless-steel Monogram appliances, full cookware essentials, a walk-in pantry, Nespresso station, and bar seating. Slide open the doors to the terrace for fresh air, morning coffee, or sunset chats. A stylish powder room completes this floor. Third Floor – Master Suites This floor is crafted for rest and rejuvenation. The master king suite feels like a private sanctuary complete with a spa-style bathroom featuring a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Step onto your private balcony for a breath of calm above the city. A second queen + full bedroom with its own ensuite bath offers comfort and privacy for additional guests. Parking is available at the end of the driveway and additional free street parking nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property EXCEPT the garage. Guest can access all 4 levels, including a private rooftop deck, during their stay. 24/7 self-check-in via keypad. Other things to note • 4 stories, no elevator • Pack ’n Play, crib, and high chair available only on request (please notify us before arrival). • Early check-in & late check-out available on request at $50 per hour (subject to availability). • Luggage drop-off is available on request (subject to availability). • Long-term stays allowed (28+ days) at discounted rate. Please note that we require a $500 security deposit hold placed 2 days before your arrival. Don’t worry — it will be released 2 days after checkout as long as there’s no damage to the property. For the safety and well-being of all guests, the fireplace is temporarily turned off for scheduled maintenance. The home is fully equipped with central heating, ensuring it stays warm and comfortable throughout your stay.
