The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with essentials, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, along with a dining table and chairs. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed with premium linens, pillows, and a dedicated office desk with an ergonomic chair. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a full-over-full bunk bed with soft linens and pillows. The bathroom features a bath with a shower, sink, mirror, toilet, towels, and toiletries. One reserved parking spot is available. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $25 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25 per hour, and late checkout incurs a $500 fee.
