The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, while Bedroom 2 features a full over full bunk bed with pillows, linens, and sheets. The two private full bathrooms are fully stocked with essential toiletries, each featuring a bath with a shower, a wash basin, a mirror, and a toilet. One dedicated parking space is included. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee per pet: $20 per night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. For events, you’re just a short ride from Chase Field and Footprint Center. Margaret T. Hance Park offers open green areas and walking paths for a quick reset or a relaxed afternoon outdoors. Getting around Phoenix is simple with nearby Valley Metro Light Rail access, a walkable location with many restaurants and entertainment spots, widely available rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, bike-friendly routes, easy access to major roads like I-10, and electric scooters available throughout downtown. This apartment does not accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Guest verification is required, which may include providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming contact information, providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, passing through a verification portal, and in some instances, completing a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold. There is a 2-pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Breed restrictions apply, including Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid. Cameras above the door and noise detectors are in the house, and any party will result in police involvement and removal from the property without refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building; any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. The parking pass needs to be printed, and the property does not assume responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with parking guidelines. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys incur a $500 fee. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $25 per hour, subject to a 24-hour advance request; otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will be charged. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Regular pest control is conducted, but due to seasonal changes and hot summer heat, occasional small bugs like ants may be noticed.
