This is a 100% smoke-free property, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, requiring all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum out of respect for the neighbors. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor pet "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. A $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests must clean up after their pet. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee.
