Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. We cannot provide refunds or compensation for these issues. Local residents are not allowed to book homes for same-day arrival. The apartment includes high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
